I arrived hotel about 10pm. (which i already inform when i booked hotel) but i cannot get into the place. I stand in front of hotel over 40min. don't know what to do. Finally i asked neighbor to call owner to open the door and give the key to me. This is one of the worst situations i have experienced with Agoda booking. The picture is also fake!!!

위치도 역이랑 플릭스버스 타는곳이랑 가까웠고, 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 단점은 문 열기가 정말 어렵다는 점과, EE유심이라 전화가 안 돼서 아고다로 계속 쪽지 보냈는데 전혀 읽지 않으십니다. 그래서 두 시간 넘게 밖에서 기다렸습니다. 나중에 한국유심 끼고 로밍으로 전화하니 받으셔서 겨우 들어갔어요...
