overall it is ok though the breakfast is simple. It has limited parking space. Room is quite clean and easy to find because it is right in front of the main road of Jakarta's busiest nightlife area i.e Mangga Besar Road.

Not a very good hotel”
It was a quick visit to Jakarta, and my friend asked me to book a cheap hotel in Mangga Besar. So i choose this hotel and turned out it was a so so hotel. Not the best, but quite cheap for a hotel in the middle of the city. Not thinking bout getting back here.

Overall, this is a budget hotel with a friendly staff, comfortable bed & bathroom, but breakfast menu is limited to only a toast bread. Anyway, there are few restaurants & food stall available around the hotel area. Near to main road (Mangga Besar Kota), so public transport such as Angkot & taxis available easily.

cheap rates, friendly staff, good location with a few down sides. clean room but somehow there is a pillar right next to my bad. can't imagine if I hit my foot when sleeping. bathroom is small but unfortunately the sewer smell comes out. need to go receptionist everyday because wifi not working and tv image blur. remember to bring your travel adaptor because they have it at receptionist. inside of the hotel like a maze. make sure to see the map in front of the elevator. the wall is pretty thin so you can hear what people are watching or doing next room. if you are looking cheap hotel with clean room and close to city famous "red light district" then you have found it

Rooms could have been better, Friendly staffs!”
i stayed in the superior double room. Room was okay not too big and not too small for the price you pay. Wifi connection is strong. A/C wasn't too cool though it was adjusted to the lowest temperature but not really an issue. Toilet is really bad, foul smell coming from the drain and dirty! Water heater wasn't working. I think the cleanliness of the toilet is only the problem. Staffs are super friendly and answers to all your questions and needs. Overall, It was a good stay!

Tiny room with nauseating fume”
The room was extremely small with an even smaller bathroom. However, what scared me most was this "air freshener" device that spat out nauseating fume every now and then. I really worried that I would be poisoned in my sleep. The toxic smell was everywhere, not just inside the room but also in the hall. I gagged as soon as I detected this fume. At night you can hear singing from the next door karaoke bar. I was told this was actually centrally located, but with 90% of taxi drivers in Jakarta who would take their time to drive you around the city for more than an hour even when your destination should be just 5 minutes away, I was torn between the fume inside the room and dealing with those taxi drivers who claimed not to know any street name in the city and when given a phone number to call, insisted that they had to telephone. And so they continued to drive you around the city for hours (and of course that wasn't the hotel's faults).

The air conditioner takes time to get cold, you can go near mangga besar area where you can find a lot of medan durian here, and a lot of good restaurant.

Clean and compact”
The hotel appears to be quite new and it is minimally furnished but practical. No satellite TV but I got the impression the majority of the guests there are local/Malaysian. The rooms are non-smoking and clean. Room cleaning on a daily basis is not included. For some reason my keycard had to be reactivated each evening, which was a pain. All in all, it is a good hotel for the price and I would stay there again.

it was ok for short trip or business traveler. small room without window , not suitable for more than 3 people. toilet can be quite smelly during the morning (poor drainage system). easy access to center jakarta. near with restaurants and convenience shop. not much entertainment place nearby during night..only got karaoke beside the hotel. but the restaurant food is reasonable cheap & nice and helpful & friendly hotel staff. best for budget traveler for short stay.
