I was pleasantly surprised by everything, I really didn't expect much, it was only 1 night stay and we were going to the airport the next morning.(20 mins from the airport). It was very clean, the staff were professional, the room was spacious, bed was very comfy, they even had a dental and shaving kits. The breakfast was very good. The aircon was very quiet, they had a small fridge inside the room. I will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Exceptional service and comfortable stay”
Located within close proximity to the Train Station and not too far from Al Salaam Shopping Mall and Al Andulus Shopping Mall. The Hotel is situated off the main road which has plenty of food outlets including KFC, Hardeez, Krispy Kreme, McDonalds, Dominos amongst many other independent food places. Helpful and friendly staff many of whom speak English and even Urdu, Hindi or Bangla as well as Arabic The breakfast may not be suited to all international travellers but does suffice to some degree and there is enough variety to just about get rid of hunger whether that’s just a cup of tea and some fruit. It’s a shame there is no butter or decent eggs or hash browns and beans etc. Not ideal when you have young children who are very selective with what they like to eat. It can be quite challenging to catch breakfast for international travellers who are still climatising and getting used to the time difference. However this gets easier with longer stays. We have enjoyed our stay and have rebooked for next week and added an extra room to the booking to accommodate additional family members who are travelling to Jeddah. Will continue to use City View Hotel in the future

Pool inaccessible as the door was always locked and the access card would not open the door. Room spacious and beds comfortable. Staff helpful. Breakfast was reasonable however milk needed to be requested. My second stay and this time booked an additional room for family. Very close to al-Sulaymaniyah Train Station and various food outlets and malls. Will stay again when in Jeddah and recommended.

I stayed twice in 1 month and going to stay tomorrow again for 2 night. Close to Al Sulemaniya Train Station and walking distance to near by resturants and easy access to any where you go. Hotel Breakfast Buffet is must to try. Clean and nice.
