"When I obtained domestic approval for nine days of fishing in NZ on my own I was a tiny bit worried that it might be a tad lonely. Luckily, I chose to stay at the Castle Hill Lodge B&B and Sharon and Mark, ably assisted by Barclay and Hercules ensured that this was never going to be a problem. This was a perfect place to base my flyfishing holiday, easy access to a massive range of fishable water, very comfortable accommodation with great food, in a warm and friendly environment. The opportunity to share the evening meal with Sharon and Mark and the other guests provided a great way to round out the day before chasing those wily trout yet again the next day. I highly recommend the Castle Hill Lodge B&B and I am already counting the days to my next visit there in March."
