"Staffs are very kind. But when we are entered to room, on the bed there was 3-4 long lady’s hairs. We called cleaner, but she just put away those hairs.... we asked her changed everything so she changed but still felt not good. Especially many dust on furniture.. well... elevator was super small, really smallest elevator in my life. But spa was quite big but water was not super clean. Restaurant food was just standard, they cannot speak english. Workers are all Russians. "
