"This place is great if you want somewhere to simply sleep and shower after surfing, and it's very near the beach too. Breakfast is good, simple - banana pancakes, or eggs/toast. Coffee is only Nescafe (not Bali coffee which is kind of weird when you're in Bali). As the name suggests - you may think you'll be getting a villa, of which there are several. However, what you book through Agoda you may not get one. There isn't much to determine what you'll get, and the photos just look like a nice room so be careful when booking as you may end up in the concrete block which consists of 8 rooms. Each room has an ensuite bathroom and an outdoor area, but there's definitely nothing 'Bali' about it. The room/bed is clean, and everything works fine. There's also a fridge if you need it. The only thing that made me gross out a bit was the bathroom. It's a nice design as there is a slab under the shower, sink, and toilet and the rest is full of pebbles. Which sounds nice, but as the drainage isn't too good I found myself singing the Rivers of Babylon when wading my way through the shampoo and soap residue. Still, it's good if you want something basic. Location is great for surfing, or going for a beer at the nearby Premier Surf Camp, which is about 2 minutes walk away. The camp also has live music on Tuesdays, and a great menu throughout the day. If you want a surfing lesson it's 50,000 and they take you out to Batu Bolong and you get your own experienced instructor. If you're looking to surf, shower and sleep I'd say this is a suitable place, particularly if you want somewhere a bit quieter, but it's not really anything to rave about if you're looking for a Bali experience."

"I loved staying here. The grounds are really nice with a beautiful pool looking into the jungle. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I is exceptionally clean and the shared bathrooms are good. I will definitely come back! Other things to note: it is a bit far from Ubud centre so best if you can rent a scooter otherwise it is a longish walk (you can look on google maps). The breakfast is just simple toast with jam and Bali coffee so don’t expect anything fancy. The dorm beds are comfortable but quite small and not too much room to put your stuff. The staff, however, were helpful with carrying and storing your stuff. There are lockers and good security in the rooms too. "

"the room was nice, large, air conditioner good, the area of the villa was so large (maybe suit for more thatn 8 people) and clean, they have private pool, they also provide with DVD player, iphone or samsung speaker dock, living room with sofa and TV, TV in each room, dining table and kitchen also provided. 1 booked villa with 3 rooms, each room can be use for 2 adult or 3 children each, and each room have bathroom but unfortunately my bathroom has a very bad condition, the smell very bad even when the staff hotel has sprayed the air perfume still does not work. but if this condition did not happened, overall my review of this villa is one of the best villa in Seminyak area. the breakfast was so good with a lot of variety of american, french, or indonesian food, but they don't have restaurant. the market is just next the villa so you can buy food or anything there while there's no restaurant in the villa. the parking area is very small maybe only available for 3 or 4 vehicle but they provide transport from or to airport. at last, this is great villa and i definitely recommend this villa to others. "Excellent, good value accommodation in Ubud. Just a few minutes walk to: Hubud entrepreneur hub, huge Coco grocery store, restaurants, Monkey Forest, boutique shopping.. I really like this part of town, and I would stay here again! The staff are very friendly, relaxed and helpful. The pancake breakfast is excellent and will keep you full all morning! Only issue I had was the wifi Internet was a bit unreliable, but this is not uncommon in many accommodation options in Bali, and the room nearest the street had some street and music noise, but the room is priced accordingly and is excellent value (the rooms further in from the street are much quieter but a little more pricey.) Overall this place is excellent value! TIP: The hotel next door will let you use their swimming pool facilities all day for a very reasonable price! So if you're hot you can walk next door and be lazy by the pool :) Thank you for having me stay at your hotel in Ubud village!"

"Located 100m in front of the surf breaks, this hotel is only few minutes walk to Echo beach restaurant and canggu "center" for restaurant and bars (Deus ex machina, Betelnut etc)... Probably the best location to check the surf and enjoy the sunset from the overflowing swimming pool... Very peaceful location and Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. We first booked for 3 nights and further extend for 4 more nights. Highly recommended getaway for your stay in Canggu. it might be slightly more expensive than other hotels but you get what you pay for... I will definitely book few nights to this hotel in my next trip to Bali."

"All i can say is, for 125k rupiahs, this hotel provided more than i expected. Room with double beds, bathtub, free wifi, television, air conditioner. The main thing for me, it's clean and tidy. Fantastic location if you want to exploring south part of Bali. Very near to Bali's Landmark, Garuda Wisnu Kencana, just 10 minutes to Jimbaran Beach, 10 minutes to Dreamland, 20 minutes to Padang-Padang Beach, 30 minutes tu Pura Uluwatu, 30 minutes to Nusa Dua Beach, 40 minutes to Tanjung Benoa. There are minimarkets around, no problem for seeking restaurant too, ATMs, and also bike rentals. The staffs was very helpful and friendly. Thanks again guys, can't wait to another stay there. The problem is..(or it's not a problem for most of you?, the bathroom door is transparant, haha."

"The location is perfect - just 10 minutes from the harbor with a beach literally opposite the hotel. The beach is great for snorkeling - go out at high tide so you can swim over the seaweed farms. Also check out the beach bar 'Penida Colada' for great food and drinks. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, addressing us by our first names as soon as we arrived. They organized transport and a day tour for us at fair prices. The food at the restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced compared to Bali! There are even two Bali Starlings who like to frequent the grounds. The room was big with a large, very comfortable bed. We will be back!"
