"The staff at this hotel were absolutely brilliant, extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean, although a bit outdated. My room was next to the road and was very noisy with traffic and people walking past talking . Wooden floor boards in the room also very noisy, you can here people in the next rooms walking around, and also people walking up and down the stairs. "

"We had a perfect stay at the Sonesta Hotel Cusco and would highly recommend it to anyone. The hotel, room, service, staff couldn't be better. Special thanks should go to Indira and Antonio who helped us and accompanied my boyfriend to the pharmacy when I was taken ill with food poisoning, in order to get some medication. The hotel and staff exceeded all of our expectations and we will be back."

"We only had one night here, but the service from the staff was very good. Check out was at 10:00 AM, but we didn't leave until about 2:30 PM. While we could have potentially extended our room until that time for 30-50% of the room rate, we opted to have the hotel hold out luggage. They were very accommodating during that window of time and it was much appreciated. Do know that due to the thickness of the walls, wifi is not available in all rooms. As such, we spent much more time in the common and reception areas than we might have otherwise. While this was a mild inconvenience, it isn't something that would stop us from staying there again. "
