"Unforgettable experience when I found my passport was left in the hotel and I was already in the airport and going to check in at that moment ...... I immediately called to the hotel and the reception told me that yes my passport was in the hotel and the person told me that they tried to knock my door in the past few days for three times but nobody was there .... omg .... if there is nobody there, they would leave a msg to me in the room ... this is such an common sense that they didn’t do that and even when I was checked out, the reception didn’t aware my passport still there and thus of course didn’t return to me! What I can do at that so frustrated moment I begged the reception to send the passport to the airport to me so that I can catch the flight.... finally I got my passport but I need to pay them EU100 for this delivery! If I were them, I would provide a free delivery with apology! This gave me a lesson was remember to check your passport b4 u leave !"

"Clean, efficient and impersonal, the Furstenfelder is a great place to drop bags and head out, not a great place to set down and stay in. There's nothing wrong with the hotel, it's just built to look good rather than feel good"
