Nice and Comfortable stay. Good Staff and Good Hotel. Beds were very comfortable and were not hard as seen in other reviews. For us it was a wonderful experience. Definitely worth the visit.

Even though the hotel is undergoing major renovations, the staff offered as much help as possible and vouchers were given to offset any inconveniences. Great breakfast, lovely garden, and short walking distance to downtown Garmisch. Highly recommend!

The breakfast at the hotel was the best during our 3 week vacation. Easy walk to the down town shopping area and beautiful painted buildings. A supermarket right next store to the hotel :-). Overall a great stay at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is located very near to the shopping center with all the facilities. Free high tea in the afternoon and you could use suana in the evening. The bedroom is big and provides with the slipper and bathrobe. The bathroom is heated from the floor and the heater, very comfortable to stay.

I don't usually write reviews,, but this place was gorgeous and I wish I could have stayed longer! The room was really sweet and comfortable with a little patio, and touches like lovely hand soap in the bathroom. When I arrived there was complementary home baked cake and a drink, which I enjoyed consuming in the very comfortable reading/chill out room.

We were treated like a King and Queen at this hotel, the people running it are wonderful. They love Americans and did everything in their power to make out stay a good one, and they were successful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to completely enjoy their stay in Garmisch. This hotel should be rated a 4+ Star.

Beautiful grounds. Has a well equipped gym, indoor tennis court and spa facilities. A little bit of a walk to Ludwigstrasse in Garmisch.

Stayed there for 4 days in July. Location of the hotel is perfect if you traveling by bus or train from Munich, since it is 200m away from the central station. Staff was really friendly, breakfast good. Swimming pool is available until approx. 19:30 so you can relax after a day a whole day of hiking\traveling.

we booked a family room and we are happy with it as it have 2 separate rooms. There balcony in our room booking and we can see the mountain thru the balcony every morning. the breakfast is very good! This hostel provides 24hours service even I arrived there at 1am, I can still get the room immediately. The local is very good which is near the train station. We had a lovely stay at this very cute 2 bedroom apartment. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We were heading up Zugspitze, and they rang ahead to find out the weather forecast, etc. Room was very clean and cosy, with lovely views.

Spending 2 nights here was the best decision I made. The front desk staff were being so friendly since I arrived, and the restaurant staff too, they remembered you like you’re a friend , even house keeping said hello every single time . Room was small but perfect for one person. Booked last minute and did not realize the skiing world cup was going on so that's why the price was a little higher than normal but overall perfect!

The hotel has Ideal location as you can reach any destination easily as it is located at the Heart of Garmisch. The Bus station just beside the entrance of the hotel. In general the hotel is clean, but the rooms are small and has very standard decoration. The staff are wonderful and always with smile, the breakfast is full of food options

The restaurant manager was quite rude when we mistook the restaurant entrance for the hotel's. Front desk staff wasn't exactly friendly either when we had some miscommunication

The hotel is 10mins walk from the train station. Great view of the snow peak mountain area. Peaceful and quite environment.Friendly staff which could recommend the nearby restaurant and major attraction. Breakfast was great and with great variety.

If ten minutes bus drive is cool for you,then the hotel will be the best choice in this area.

Nothing short of perfect. My only compaint was one of my own making (walked too much until I got a painful blister on my heel)

We stayed in the Alpen Blick*, the top apartment. Pros: - Very Spacious - Free Parking - Beautiful balcony view of the mountains. - Some beautiful mountain cottage-sh furnitures. - Extra blankets. - Quiet area. Cons: - Bad pillows - We waited about 20 mins to find the manager to check in.

The hotel is located about 5km outside of Garmisch-Partenkirchen on a busy road. Our room was to the quiet side and the street noise didnt bother us. The restaurant closed quite early in the evening and the food was very salty - breakfast was excellent though with plenty of choices. Overall a pleasant stay.

Fabulous, good and amazing apartment. It ready with all things you want. We enjoy staying there about two days only. But next time we will booked for more days.
