"This hotel is considered to be a luxurious one in Egyptian standards. The hotel itself is clean and quite well-maintained although it looks slightly old. Location wise, far from the downtown city area but relatively close to the Giza Pyramids site. The hotel is very very near to Egypt Mall which is great if you want to do some shopping or watch a movie- it’s quite a luxurious mall and it has all the amenities to keep you busy for a full day. The hotel rooms are nice and the swimming pool area looks great for relaxing around in summer but definitely not winter. The one thing that majorly turned us off was the so-called international buffet breakfast. We are not sure if this is the Egyptian standard and local food quality but let’s just say we’ve had way better breakfast at other hotels. The food is cold and the spread does not even have much variety and doesn’t taste that great. Disappointing for a supposed 4-star hotel. "

The hotel is also located in a quiet neighbourhood and is very near restaurants and shopping areas, making it very convenient. The check-in and check-out were also done very quickly. Will definitely be returning."

"Hotel arranged airport pick up, which was needed! Lcoation is amazing with views of Giza from the room, was lovely to wake up and see them from bed. Exceptional hospitality from hotel, very friendly and helpful staff who make us feel welcome. Clean, but basic hotel. Was pushed to organise tour through hotel, which was expensive, but provided a safer feeling knowing who was taking us around. I would stay here again for sure and recommend."
