"There is one very bad point that should be corrected urgently. The main cooridor from the bedrooms to Reception has a fitted red carpet which stops halfway to reveal marble-like tiling. Half a pace after the carpet there is a step down, which cannot be easily seen against the light from the entrance as it all looks marble. My wife fell heavily sustaining cracked ribs, and was incapable of skiing on our winter holiday the following week. Next morning red sticky tape had been put on the edge of the step to high light it. However this is only a temporary expedient, and a permanent solution is essential to prevent possible future litigation."
