In this day and age, in a business hotel, there is no excuse for pitifully poor Internet speeds. They claim the hotel was full, which is why it was slow. But it logs you out overnight, and I was up at 4 AM. There would have been very few others logged on at that time. It was still just as slow. (200 kb/s download). I have stayed here before on my own, and loved it as it is right in the centre yet quiet. I like the somewhat quirkiness of the rooms, and the breakfast buffet offers a great choice. Staff are friendly, and it's all uncomplicated and friendly; will definitely stay here again.

We spent one night At the Hotel Köenigstein and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. Five minutes drive from Citti Markt and just ten minutes from the ferry to Gothenburg. Extra plus for the private off road parking

The hotel staff were very friendly. It was wonderful that there was tea and coffee in the lobby, but I thought that our room came with breakfast; when I found out that it didn't I felt that the price for breakfast was a bit too much: 13-some Euros. Also strongly recommended: softer toilet paper!! Otherwise, everything was great - thanks!
