A popular hotel - for good reason. The staff were polite and helpful, and responded to emails before the stay with clear directions on how to get there from the city centre using public transport (very easy to do). The hotel itself is clean, modern and has nice spacious rooms. The standard of food is excellent, though there is a bias towards a little too much meat ...
It was a very nice visit.Service really helpful and kind.Convenient location to visit Barlangfurdo bath cave.It was our pleasure to be there.
Hotel has a nice restored "old" feel and the room was nice. Staff spoke excellent English which was helpful as we spoke no Hungarian! Restaurant is also very good.

The woman who checked us in was the unfriendliness person we met in Hungary. She was abrupt, cold and rude. When we asked her a question, she just stared at us and then shrugged her shoulders. She spoke English so language was not a problem.The hotel advertises an on-site restaurant but you aren't permitted to eat there unless you order food first thing in the morning....
The panzio is clean and lovely. It is in the very central location of Miskolc, only a few steps away from a tram station and restaurants. No soap and shampoo are provided, so bring your own. The shower box floor is a little bit unstable when you step on it.
The lady is very friendly and allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier. The rooms for me and my teen girls were nice and clean. Location is great. You have to travel by bus to get to the supermarket. But closest ABC superette is just across the road and across the park. Nice garden and tiny kitchenette.
The pension is very clean and simple but offers everything you might want for the price. We were surprised how good the kitchen was. The staff was flexible on late check out. We would go back again.
