"Unlike many hotels in Osaka which rooms are tiny, Candeo has surprised us with the size and a full bath tub, in addition to the city view (but we were on the top floor and corner room, it’s worth paying extra for this!). It has a public bath but can get crowded in the evening. The hotel is very centrally located that tube stations, Namba, and the fish market are within walking distance. It doesn’t offer as much a variety of cleaning products/ toiletries as other Japanese hotels but compared to the norm of European/ American hotels this is above average. "

"Such a lovely hotel to stay in. Would highly recommend and book again if we were to visit Osaka again. Greeted by friendly, helpful and professional staff. Check in was easy. Rooms are new with modern amenities and fittings. The facial steamer, foot massage and back massage devices in the room were a nice surprise. Room and hotel was extremely clean. Location was excellent with the Kitahama station less than 5 mins walk and close to Dotonbori and Kuromon market. Also a convenience store (Family Mart / 7 Eleven) located 5 mins walk from the hotel."
