Traveling to Indonesia? Find Pangandaran hotels

The hostel is made from bamboo and all the facilities are available. There is also breakfast which isn't mentioned on the website, because the owner doesn't want to disappointed people if there is no supply. The owner is really kind and will arrange everything to make your stay more pleasant! Great place to stay if you don't want to stay with all the tourists at pangandaran and still you have the opportunity to go surfing (especially good waves voor beginners) and to do the green canyoning tour!

My staying at the Bamboo house was just top! I felt like at home :) Location: close to the beach and close to the main entry of the town. It is very well indicated and easy to find. Room: I had a comfortable big room with a balcony. Staff: absolutely amazing people, helping with whatever I needed and always friendly. Food: a nice breakfast where you can choose from several things. The internet worked perfectly. You can do your laundry there (it's super fast done and smells lovely!). You can rent at the guesthouse a motorbike and you can book there your tickets for further travels. All in all just a perfect guesthouse.

Booked Mini Tiga initially for two nights and eneded up staying for four nights. The place is comfortable although it probably needs air-conditioning or better fans in the rooms. Otherwise it's a clean place and the staff are great people. It's close to the beach and the lady in charge is lovely. The breakfast is brilliant. I would definitely recommend Mini Tiga Homestay.

Last week I spend 5 days in Pangandaran, a beautiful sea side paradise, that you would expect on one of the smaller islands. The blue sea, white beaches and nature are unique, there are very few tourists and almost empty beaches. Guesthouse Pondok Wulan offered me an amazing experience. Of all the guesthouses in Indonesia this must be the friendliest place of all. The friendly owner Betty helps you with everything, excursions to the beautiful Green Canyon & Green Valley, guided tours, tips for visits to local home industries, suggestions for the best beach cafes and seafood restaurants in town etc. Quite handy. The rooms are comfortable with AC, wifi and tv. Their own little bistro serves delicious plates for an affordable price. Try the gado gado with rice. A place to come back to.

Although a few minutes’ drive away from the main surfing beach, Ragha Homestay more than makes up for it with the good value rooms and the very friendly service. Stayed in the family bungalow which was airy and spacious and had two great hammocks. Pak Beni and his extremely helpful parents really went above and beyond by offering us free airport pickup, free use of bicycles, arranging motorbike hire and arranging a tour.

Ingrid and Dadang made our stay absolutely perfect. We knew this place had a lot to live up to going by reviews on Agoda and Booking.com, and those expectations were smashed through the roof. Ingrid helped us negotiate a taxi for a fair price, Dadang made us his gorgeous sandwiches every day for breakfast and Ingrid also really helped us out by booking flights, cars and trains. Ingrid was also very caring as my girlfriend had been ill, and she looked after her like mother. And when you decide to leave the homestay, you will be amazed by this lovely little surf town. Indonesia at it’s best - an oasis of tranquility. Only downside is that we only had 4 nights here. Will definitely come back again soon. Thank you Ingrid and Dadang!

We stayed in the Ermajas for 4 nights. We had the best experience. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They made us amazing breakfast every morning and they were available all day to help us exploring Batukaras. We those the European breakfast. They made us pancakes or an omelette. Really the best breakfast we had during our stay in Indonesia. The small houses are very cool and cozy. There is an outside bathroom which is very big. To summarize: this is the perfect place to stay when visiting Batukaras!

Nice space, beds are comfortable too bad they didn’t have single beds. Cleanliness is ok when we first come but they didn’t clean the room nor empty the trash in the second day. We had to ask to refill the complimentary water. So hope it can be improved. On the second day there some big group staying on the hotel and they made loud noises during the night. On Sunday morning, they have some kind of early morning exercise using loud music in front of the hotel, so it’s really disturbing to other guests who are not in this group. Overall value for money, but i’ll try other hotel the next time i visit Pangandaran

We had an amazing time at this wonderful resort. This Hotel had everything we needed and was in a good location. The whole resort is held in warm colours. the hotel near batu karas beach also its so easy to find seafood restaurant. We amazed about the secenery, the sport activity, the food & food was perfect. we had a relaxing and sportive stay and will definitely come back !

They gave us the best breakfast in pangandaran . As long as i know no hotel in pangandaran provide better breakfast than sunin . I love the location also and they gave us pick up for free from banjar railway station . The hotel is really comfortable . They even gave us snacks every afternoon right after went back from the beach . The location is perfect right in the middle of everything .

Semula kami menyangka hotelnya kurang nyaman, ternyata setelah kami tiba di hotel, mulai dari penyambutan staff yang ramah, check in, melihat suasana lingkungan yang nyaman dan bersih, kolam renang yang bersih dan bagus, kamar yang bersih dan rapih dengan sarapan yang cukup lengkap, kami merasa senang dan PASTI akan menginap di hotel ini lagi jika kami ke Pangandaran. Kami tidak menyangka akan mendapatkan hotel yang sekualitas ini di daerah Pangandaran.

I can not compliment this hotel enough. We arrived to busy Pangandaran at lunch time after a long drive from Bandung. The owner greeted us with plates of food and fruit to welcome us. As I was travelling with my 22month daughter he upgraded us to a villa room as it had more room at the front. A very kind and thoughtful gesture. The staff couldn't do more to help us. Every day we bought lobsters from street sellers and the kitchen staff cooked it up for us at no charge.. The hotel is very deceiving from the outside. As soon as you walk in it turns in to a boutique paradise. The rooms are spacious and air conditioned. The pool has an area perfect for young ones as is shallow. This hotel is right on the West Beach but so close to the East side too. Very near the National Park. The best hotel in Pangandaran by far!!! Everyone I met in the hotel agreed. I went to Pangandaran for a short holiday with my boyfriend. When we arrived at the hotel it looked very beautifull. Nice swimmingpool and everything looks very nice. The woman behind the desk was very friendly and really liked to talk a lot with us. I am not sure if her English was good because my boyfriend is from indonesia so most of the time they talked. The bed is very comfortable, tv and ac are good! The bathroom is ok. The shower is not really warm but for me that was not a big problem. The breakfast is simple but good for 3 days. We had a really nice stay and would recommened it to other people!

Hotel is right in front of the beach, rooms are spacious fitting 4 people comfortably. It has 2 decent pools and the hotels has that open feeling with nice views, especially the rooftop function areas. The only drawback is the breakfast. Although it is not as bad as other reviews suggested, the breakfast lack variety, they have the basic like fried rice, fried noodle, porridge, coffee, tea with decent taste. The egg station saves the day though with better than expected cook who knows how to make good eggs for breakfast. Overall still a very recommended hotel in Pangandaran. I would recommend adding a food establishment at the hotel to improve the breakfast and some place to relax for hotel guests.

Excellent hotel for the region. Great design, pool, and staff. Our only complaints are minor, but some of the bed sheets and bath towels were clean but stained, probably time for the hotel to purchase new ones. We had small ants in our room, bathroom, and on our beds, but don’t necessarily blame the hotel for this as it is typical anywhere in Indonesia, it is naturally a jungle region after all. Also the internet service never worked in our room and TV channels were not clear, not that you would be spending much time watching TV while there. Overall though probably one of the nicest hotels in Pangandaran.
