"There's nothing wrong with the hotel: it's just not a 4 star place and most definitely doesn't provide 4 star service, which makes it overpriced. We paid for a room ("junior suite" which really was a standard level room with not even a balcony) for 3 people, and when we arrived, there was no 3rd bed. We went down to reception to ask them to make the third bed, and they promised that they would. When we came back from the beach, they had left a pile of sheets on the bed and we had to make it ourselves. So, not a four star place."
