"Very friendly staff and comfortably homely but still high class hotel. Room furnishing could be a tad better, only 1 chair in double/twin room and a coach only in some of them. But compared to the bargain price highly recommended. "

"We stayed at the Arvo Pärt suite for Christmas. The suite is huge and is designed to host a group of people with a separate bedroom connecting to a sauna and bathroom. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful with friendly and acommodating staff. Bedding and living area were very comfortable for us, however the facilities were disappointing. We had bottles of prosecco and white wine with us, but no refridgerator or minibar to cool them down, not to mention wine glasses to enjoy them, which is weird, because there was a corkscrew available. Glasses and bowl of ice was available when requested from reception though. We later found out that there was a telephone by the window in other room, which was not convenient. The in-suite sauna was very nice, but no bathrobes found anywhere. The overall cleanliness was fine, but upholstery and carpeting would need some cleaning. The inside of the drainage in the bathroom was filthy aswell, because only the top had been cleaned. Not so value for money."
