This hotel had everything we needed for the short stay in Regensburg. We arrived by train into the city and we just the mall right beside the station and went across the street to get to the hotel. The bus stop is just outside and its just 15 minutes walking into the town where all the restaurants and sights are.

On our first night with the hotel hardly full, and having booked some weeks in advance , we were put in a room by a not particular welcoming receptionist, across a courtyard in the rain, up two flights of stairs ...
The Hotel, though no beautiful decoration, is comfortable and have sufficient space in the room. Regret there is no free wifi service

We stayed 4 nights, the room was spacious, the bathroom could do with some updating, the beds comfortable. No fridge or tea making facilities in the room. Good breakfast. for sightseeing it is not really convenient, it took 20 min to walk to town.

We arrived here in the middle of the winter and were happy to find the rooms well heated. The room we got was quite spacious and it looked as if everything was new. The location of the hotel is opposite the cathedral, right in the middle of the old center of Regensburg, so if you are looking for a comfortable place, this is it.
Ideal location for the industrial estates around Regensberg as is on the outskirts of the city. THe rooms was also small. Easy for parking outside.
Taking a shower can be a challenge since the partition was too small. Water kept spilling on the floor. Beds were comfy.
Nice little boutique place, however be prepared to bring the luggage up the stairs without lift, and also ventilation in the washroom could be improved, but all and all is good.
