"We arrived and we're greeted by a very helpful and friendly employee. Since this place is also a restaurant, we ate here. The food was good and all was well. We were told to explore the Rock wall and climbing facility on the top floor of we wanted. Since it was $118 💶 all in with breakfast we. Assumed this was included. My 12 year old daughter climbed for maybe 5 minutes and was done with it as most of it is quite challenging if you're not a rock climbed. She used the shoes they had there instead of her own in order to not hurt the wall. The next morning, we were charged 10 💶 for climbing. 4 for the climbing and 6 for shoe disinfectant.... I explained that we were told to go explore and that there was no mention of fee, but after shelling out over 180 💶 for the stay, breakfast and dinner, they were all to happy to take 10 more 💶 from us.
