"It is very clear that the refrigerator in my room is not working compared with the one in my colleagues room as the drink in there is very cold while the one in my fridge is not cold at all. They do not understand this difference, and are not willing to rectify the problem nor reassign my room. They seem rather arrogant compared to other staffs of hundreds of hotels I have ever stayed. "
