"For short-time stays, it seems perfect: located right next to the bus station, so when you're e.g. coming through Tallinn, you are basically brought door-to-door from the airport. The room (double for single use) was spacious, had desk space for the laptop and enough space for clothes. I didn't use the spa facilities. The breakfast wasn't anything memorable for a vegetarian, but it wasn't a tragedy either. The restaurant is nice and the staff are polite and helpful. The bathroom was clean and functional. The view over the river was a bit disappointing, but I'm sure it gets better in the spring. It's close to the strict city centre, maybe 10 minutes of slow walk. There's a shopping mall right next door. Next time in Tartu, I'll probably want to stay there as well."

"well, the idea was to stay in budget and spend one night in the centre of town. i had been there in 90-s, when it was "top notch"-place in tartu. problem is that basicly nothing has changed. ok, it was clean, polite stuff and more or less enjoyable breakfast...but it was "old". sorry for being honest!"
