This hotel is located in the city center and still brand new. Probably it is the best hotel in Tasikmalaya currently. The best thing of Santika hotel is their food. In every Santika hotel, must have specialty local food. That's the unique of this hotel.
Stayed several times with fave hotel chain and I found this one is the best. the location was easy to find. the building probably wasn't outstanding but after you interact with the front staff you will love this hotel. super efficient check in n out process, the corridor ws just beautiful though a bit narrow. the room was fantastic..super clean, the bed was super comfy...
taff is nice. The room is big. But a little bit old. The water is not heat to wash body. Breakfast is very good. They just give you one Slipper and one cup. I order two people's in one room. Also no brush teeth cup. But is a cheap room.
The hotel is situated at the top of a shopping mall, which is fine, but you do have to drive up through the multi-storey car park. Everything was good, swimming pool, fitness centre and breakfast all very pleasant. Staff were also very friendly

We come upon this place because our annual pilgrimage to our hometown in central java. We check in late at night, and the process is very smooth no fuzz at all. The hotel itself is newly opened on 2013 hence the room is very clean and well designed. Hotel staff is very helpful they even wash our car early in the morning. Breakfast selection is standard Indonesian break...
For the 2rooms we booked, the modern decoration was better. But overall both were in a good condition, with good cleanliness. But something was missing, we couln't find the tennis court, some breakfast food was too salty but the menus was good.

They have very nice stuff hotel. Breakfast was basic Indonesian with white bread and diluted cordial rather than fresh fruit juice. Enough to start the day but nothing special...

We chose a family room with 2 large beds and 1 toilet shower. Unfortunately, the toilet flush were broken. So, we could not use it during our stay. We had called the staff at 9 pm, asking for fixing the flush. Then, at 7 am morning we visited the receptionist to complain because no staff came to fix it. Until checking out time, no one fixed the broken toilet.
