We love the surounding … The view from our room’s balcony in the 3rd floor was beautiful 🥰😍😘 Many photo spots you can take here. We love the warm water swimming pool 😍🥰 The pool was so big … It’s like a water park in my hometown in Depok City 😃😁 Unfortunately, the breakfast menus for young children have no enough choices like there no bread, no omelet, etc. The staffs was so helpful 🙏🏻😇 Hopely this hotel management can uplifting their maintenance because many pools for the fishes are dying and seems abandone (terbengkalai). Thank you very much Ciwidey Valley Resort 🙏🏻🥳🥰😍

huge hotel, with many various type room”
its huge hotel, with many various type room, in the cool area. 1st night, we stay at bunglow type, the lighting is yellow so, its make the room not bright. the view is another bungalow. :-) 2nd night, we stay at hotel room type (its new building). The location from my room to restaurant and swimming pool a little bit far, but the water in the big pool is warm.

The hotel is already quite old. Most of the facilities already rusted with no maintenance. The most worst is the room, very noisy when another guest occupied next room.

Lift was broken. No excuse when reported Very unqualified reception desk staff. Request to change from hotel to cottage takes a long time and with difficulty. Electric plugs, shower screws are not properly done (loose), no lamps on desk, make our stay uncomfortable….Check out takes kong time as no record that we have booked through Agoda

Review.. 1. Menuju kelokasi kmr camping tent nya jln nya naik ky tanah jln setapak gt , licin klo pas ujan 2. Fasilitas minim bgt buat harga 650 rb semalem. Parah klo dihotel bs dpt bintang 4 harga segitu, masa ga ada kran air bersih satupun di area kamar tenda. Trus kmr mandi jg sharing parah bgt ,jauh jg dr kmr, jadi klo pgn pipis syulit udah apalagi klo mlm2, 😟..ga ada kran buat air satupun diarea...buat cuci tangan jg ga ada..hrs ke kmr mandi turun dl jalan setapak, kebayang klo pengen pipis trus hujan ky kmrn jauh bgt ke kmr mandi. 3. Kasurnya bukan springbed tp matras dong..keras bgt buat tidur mlm sangat gak nyaman 4. Bfastnya nasi ,ayam ,telor dikuningin,bubur ayam,burjo, roti bakar, buah. Klo diataz 10 thn charge 80 rb. 4. Sepi bgt agak horor mgkn krn blm waktunya liburan ya. Jadi ada 10 tenda diarea camping dan cm kita doang . Klo diarea hotel diatas ada bbrp keluarga. Klo positifnya 1. Kolam luas bgt air panas 2., tempat luas bnyk wahana main2 buat anak2 kecil,taman,burung, view nya keren Thanks but we wont be back

객실의 온수나 온천이나 물이 차갑고 프론트에서는 아고다를 통해 숙박비를 다 지불했는 데도 ID 원본을 보관하며 체크아웃할 때에 준다고 하니 운전면허증을 맡긴 저는 무척 당황스러웠습니다 ^^

Alhamdulillah dapat kamar best view, melihat langsung kabut tetap di depan mata saat berada di kamar ini dan dari kamar ini terlihat pemandangan yg indah dan sangat terasa udara sejuk asri khas wilayah Ciwidey. Sepertinya hotel ini memang branding-nya menjual pemandangan indah dan udara yg sejuk wilayah Ciwidey. Namun sayangnya fasilitas hotel kurang terjaga, seperti swimming pool, taman burung dan beberapa mainan Playground yg kurang bersih juga saat berenang pagi jam10 air panas di swimming pool belum difungsikan, jadi kami berenang dgn air yg sedikit hangat saja. Mungkin ini terjadi karena saya datang weekday dan bukan masa liburan. Dan karena hal ini juga saat saya menginap waktu itu kamar tersewa < 10kamar, jadi saat breakfast tidak ada sistem all you can it khusus untuk main coursenya, jadi untuk main coursenya sistem ala Carte hanya boleh memilih salah satu dari pilihan nasgor atau mie goreng atau omelette tapi Alhamdulillahnya meski main coursenya ala Carte makanan yg disuguhkan di piring cukup lengkap seperti nasgor yg di suguhi dgn ayam goreng, telor ceplok dan lalapan. Untuk roti dgn slai pilihan, kopi, teh, air mineral dan buah tetap dgn sistem all you can eat Untuk kebersihan kamar di type hotel kamar302, bersih, wangi dan sejuk.
