公寓位置非常好，最近的地鐵站（是當地捷運各線交會站）只要走路5分鐘，除了出站時需要扛行李爬樓梯，其餘路程一路平坦順暢，不是歐洲常見的石板路，拖著大行李也很OK。附近換匯所、餐廳、景點很多，非常適合觀光客入住。 屋主非常熱情友善，事前便仔細向我說明交通方式，入住當天更是花了30分鐘向我們仔細說明屋裡各項設施、當地景點交通、推薦的景點和美食等等，讓我們可以快速掌握旅遊必要資訊，非常謝謝他！ 這公寓是挑高設計，有完整乾淨的廚房及廚具餐具，若要下廚記得到樓下超市買瓶油和所需食材，其他的廚房都有！烤箱、洗碗機、冰箱、咖啡機、熱水壺、鍋子、碗盤餐具、屋主為你準備的mini bar等一應俱全，真的讓我們覺得賓至如歸。 公寓有兩間房間（其中一張床和客廳是同一個空間），1.5套衛浴，沙發超大很舒服，客廳有數個小喇叭創造環繞音效，很適合聽著古典樂欣賞窗外的美景... 一切都很推，物超所值，看到有空房千萬不要猶豫訂下去就對了！ 阿，唯一一個小缺點就是，老房子浴室沒有抽風設備，但是通風管和鄰居應該是相通的，所以鄰居抽菸時，菸味也會飄到我們的浴室來。但是這個問題開窗開門通風就可以解決，如果對氣味敏感的人，可能需要和房東討論一下如何處理。
