Waste may only be emptied in not next to the specified limits. Waste separation must be observed accordingly. Smoking is not permitted inside the communal areas in the house and in front of open house entrances. You are welcome to smoke in the courtyard. Please do not forget to put out the cigarette in the ashtray. If the rule is violated, a fine of Euro 200.00 will be charged. Barbecues on balconies, terraces and the grounds belonging to the property are prohibited. The rest periods in the time before 7:00 clock, noon between 13:00 and 15:00 clock and in the evening after 19:00 clock and Sundays and holidays are to be noted. Between 22:00 o'clock and 8:00 o'clock the night rest may not be disturbed. The use of TV, radio or similar equipment, singing and playing music is permitted only at room volume. The house and courtyard doors must always be closed. The loss of apartment keys must be reported to the lessor (COMEBACK Apartments) without delay. If you lose the key, you would have to pay the full cost yourself. Entrances, gate, staircase and hallways are to be kept clear. In the event of accidents or damage, the offenders are liable, and for children, their parents are liable under the statutory provisions. It is not allowed to change furniture. Please handle the furniture and the entire home decor with care. Damage caused by you or your co-users will be borne in full by you. No parties and celebrations are allowed in the apartment. Please note that we accept no liability for your belongings. It is not allowed to accommodate unannounced persons in the apartment. It is not allowed to download illegal content via our Internet connection or W-Lan: films, programs, music, audiobooks etc. or to make them available through various file sharing networks. Any pets are not allowed in the apartment. Failure to comply with the above house rules will result in a fine depending on the facts.
