as in WOW! the staff are the best in personal service..they took us to our apartment and showed us the budapest hotel,and suggested some tips to make our holiday more memorable. There was also perks from restaurants with discounts given...then location is within the city itself surrounded by shops and some tourist spots. the apartment is clean and comfortable.

we spent a long weekend in budapest and this apartment is the best choice because it is close to the deák tér and easy to travel by public transport. the apartment is well-equipped. there is everything what you need in the flat. strongly recommended for everybody.

Excellent choice for long/short stay”

I was given a 1 bedroom unit and was very pleased with what I saw. The main drawbacks I found were weak wifi signal (seems to be only available in the dining area) and a somewhat creaky bed. There was a sun roof in the room and hence you cannot escape light shining in the mornings. It can be rather noisy at night as there are several pubs below our apartment so try to ask for a higher floor. Other than that, I have to say you cannot go wrong with this choice especially if you have kids. All necessary kitchen wares can be found and the apartment is in near new condition. The larger space makes it a more enjoyable stay. A washing machine is also available in the unit. Deak Ferenc ter station is an interchange for the metro so you can get to many places easily from here. Plenty of shopping and restaurants can be found within 10 mins walk and you can even reach the Chain Bridge in 20 mins on foot.

Comfortable and well located ”

The staff was very helpful when receiving us, and show us to our apartment and answer all our questions. The apartment is very well equipped for long stay (clothes washing machine, dishwasher, oven, lot of dishes... ). Everything is new and very clean. It is located 5mn walk for the tourist's center and the subway hub. Two 24/7 supermarkets at walking distance too.

Spacious Apartment for a reasonable price.”

It was a very cosy apartment with everything from a washing machine to pots and pans provided. Would have been nice if we had stayed longer (We regretfully only had one night there). The location was very central. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking proximity. The only down side is not having a concierge / reception desk you can easily go to for recommendations or queries (the reception office was in a different building a few block away). Despite that I would definitely recommend this place.

Best option for an affordable stay in Budapest”

The apartments are maintained quite nicely, the location is unbeatable. Supermarkets are close - easy to get fresh breakfast. The apartment has kitchen and washing machine, which is optimal for longer stays. Overall it's a good value for money.

Great Apartment That Is Conveniently Located”

The apartment is located near restaurants, cafes and even supermarkets. Walking distance to the Danube River on the Pest side. It comes with everything needed for an apartment stay and my unit was facing a lovely garden It was simply enjoyable sitting in the balcony when I wake before heading out for delicious breakfast just nearby. Check in and out was fast. Just inform the customer service if you're checking in or out on odd hours so that they'll wait for you as the service isn't 24 hours. Even cabbing from the train station was cheap. Centrally located!!

nice appartment hotel in quiet street near to the city centre. i went with my car and it was really convenient to have garage nearby since there was no need to use it during stay in budapest because hotel is near to the city centre.

experience in King Apartment”

It is located right next to the main metro station, within 10 mins walking distance. The tourist information center is only two blocks away from the apartment. Also it is very close to opera theater, I got home in 10 mins after the show was over at late night. I booked a studio room but got upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment. There is kitchen and washing machine. The only limitation is check-in was only from 2-7pm.

the flat was very well equipped, there was a cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc. it is ideal if you want to travel, but also want the comfort of a home. the flat was clean, and tidy, quiet, and it has a security guard watch over the building 24/7. it is close to all major points in the city and there are good connections if you want to use public transport.

Right close to the city center, staff was very friendly but not the best informed about places to go. The apartment is well equipped. The bathroom could be better.

It has its pros and a few cons”

Great location and fairly decent apartment but I had a not so great experience + location (350m from nearest subway) and walking distance to the city centre + lots of food options around - Apartment is fairly decent but has not much amenities, i.e only has one type of soap, additional 10 euro per day for air conditioning, there is a washing machine but no detergent so if you wanna wash your clothes, please bring your own - Fairly spacious for two but anything more will be a crowd Only thing I didn't like about it was I had to check out 4.30 am and I have asked about the check out process earlier. Was told to put the keys inside the apartment and just close the door when I leave. I did that and gotten an email after saying they couldn't find the keys and hence had to change the lock and I am to be charge 70 euros for it. Email was curt and accusatory, they didn't even bother to clarify where I left it. I told them I left it at the coffee table at their instructions and left the email as it is.

Σύγχρονο μοντέρνο καθαρό και ζεστο διαμέρισμα Πολυ καλή ηχομόνωση Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Καλο internet. Ήταν στη διπλανή πολυκατοικία από την reception δεν είχε θυρωρό αλλά για να μπεις πληκτρολογουσες κωδικό. Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι μύριζε η αποχέτευση στο μπάνιο
