Checking in was very difficult as no staff were around. I found someone by chance after being stuck for an hour waiting. The room itself is fine, but the heating was on in July and couldn’t be switched off so it wasn’t comfortable. You’re supposed to hand the key in whenever you go out, but no staff were around to do this nor explain how to actually get out of the door, which requires a QR code to open. Check out was relatively simple as it was computerised, but again no one was around for me to give the key back to so I had to leave it on a counter.

Hotel inside city.. Only 3minit to Subway. Only 2minit to Bus or Light Tram. Have Video Game inside. Have Many Comics n Book for Read Free. Have Drinking BAR For Drink Free. Have IceCream Mesin for Make iceCream for FREE. Have Home Theater for Enjoy Big Screen. Have Pool n SnookerSide.. Have 24h Shop For by Anything just Downstair.. Have Washing n dry Mesin.. Have Liff.. And The Hostel Give SleepShirt if u want. But Only 1 Problem.. Toilet And Room too far. Must Walk around 1minit. For Me... Its a No 1 best HOSTEL in Asia.

Very interesting concept, but...”
Location is right around Susukino which is where you wanna be during nights for a lively atmosphere. A bit far from JR Sapporo station, but you can take the tram if you like (not covered by JR pass). About 30-40 minutes walk from Sapporo station. The hotel is nice. It’s like a combination of internet cafe/entertainment center/manga comics/capsule hotel. I enjoyed reading Death Note and One Piece in English. However, the wifi doesn’t reach all the way into the capsule rooms, only in the tv area. And the capsule room was REALLY warm. The heater was cranked up, it was very difficult to get a good night sleep. After the first night, I was seriously considering abandoning my 2nd night booking just because I couldn’t stand the room temp. Maybe it was cooler down in the Deluxe area, I don’t know. But each capsule has it’s own ventilation, though. It just didn’t make a difference for me. Toilet and shower room on the other side of reception, meaning you have to pass by all the customers hanging out and playing games. Staff is excellent and very polite. Coin laundry/coin dryer available.

Comic books galore, games galore for those bored after arriving at the hotel. It's a distinctly Japanese idea I'd say, even for a capsule hotel. Urban Sapporo bldg is very easy to locate if you read Japanese signs on 2 sides of building

Great Stay & Good Location”
Place is great, clean & comfortable. Ambience is nice, with many comic books around. Area is also great, can walk to many tourist sites such as the clock tower and Nijo Market for breakfast.

good for light travelers only”
overall, I have a nice stay. I was only discouraged with how they handle early check-in requests - they didn't respond at all so my itinerary was kinda messed up. They also does not allow to even leave luggage prior to check-in which is another negative for me. The room and facilities are all clean. there was a leak in the restroom though but they fixed it immediately.

Perfect concept”
this is a very modern Japan experience. it's got a casual bar setting so being in a group would be a lot of fun. there is a some great food options but the food machines tend to be gitchy.

I used it again because I was satisfied with it before. Basically, I am satisfied, but the diatomaceous earth bath mat in the shower room is dirty and I don't want to put my feet on it.

The cost performance was great, and the facilities and staff were very good. Although I made a mistake, they kindly responded and helped me a lot. If there was a Comicap in my hometown, I would use it all the time haha. I stayed here for a short trip with my son, and we talked about going there again because the location was good. 😊

Got enough facilities and services for this price. It's just a shame that one of the outlets didn't work. There were other vacant rooms and the outlets there were fine, so I wish they had given me one of those instead.

The only downside is that the toilet is far from the capsule room. It feels like more than a short distance in the middle of the night.

Manga and drink bar included”
To be honest, other facilities had better sleeping spaces. There was not enough space to stand up, so it was a bit difficult to change clothes. However, there were no additional charges, and you could read manga in the attached free space and use the drink bar. If you feel the benefits of manga and the drink bar, it can be said to be the best capsule hotel.

一時外出の際、スタッフ呼ばなくてはいけないがすぐ来てくれる。 シャワーはシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープあり。タオルも部屋にあった。コットン、綿棒、歯ブラシ、クシ、カミソリあり便利。確かにへやからトイレ、シャワー室は離れてるけど別な建物に行くわけでもなくちょっと橋に行く程度ででした。飲み物ソフトクリーム本充実してて良かったです。部屋も綺麗でした。ちょっと寒かったので長袖、長ズボン、靴下必要でした。
