Best place to stay in Munich!”
The room is spacious, clean and smells good. You can use the kitchen to cook. It’s located within walking distance to the nearest metro station (Giesing). Staffs are friendly and willing to help you settle down. They are also willing to guide you to the nearby attractions and the city. 2 thumbs up for this place and will definitely stay here again if I’m coming back to Munich. Thank you for the kind hospitality. :-)

We loved Concept Living”
The neighbourhood was very quiet, which was great for sleeping both at night and preparing for a major time change by sleeping during the day. The reception was open until midnight, which was very convenient, and staff there were extremely nice and helpful. Our apartment was perfect, with pleasant decor, a nice bathroom with shower and full tub, very comfortable bed, small dining table and two chairs, and well-equipped kitchen, as well as a lovely view of the green courtyard. It was useful having an extra door between the living/bedroom and the hallway to keep out noise in the hallway. The building's location only 3 blocks from the subway/train station and steps to a bus, both of which have you downtown in less than 20 minutes (including walking/waiting times), was perfect. There are two great grocery stores within a 10-min walk (note stores in Munich close around 8 pm and are not open on Sundays.) The trip to the airport via public transport took 1.5 hours, not 49 minutes as Google Maps claimed because you have to factor in the time to get yourself oriented, buy tickets, get to the right track, etc.. Despite the cost, best to take a taxi if you have an early flight and make sure to get to the airport 3 hours early because getting between terminals and buildings especially with the inter-airport train down was extremely time-consuming. One tiny problem was that twice in the morning someone rang our phone or doorbell (not sure which). Reception told me it was probably someone in the hallway, and that does make sense because the doorbell does look almost exactly like the light switch. Management should probably put stickers on to distinguish them better, especially since the halls are dark unless you manually turn on the switch (which is great for the environment, but a little disorienting for foreigners used to there being lights on all the time in hallways.)

Maybe what you paid is what you get”
From Agoda, we booked an apartment of 25 square meters with double bed, the price was cheap, 50 euro for one night in a low season. But when we arrived, we found out it was a studio of 12 square meters with twin beds. The quality and the cleanness were good, still we are disappointed why it's not like the description as we booked. We don't know which party for the dishonesty, Agoda or the Concept Living Munich?

feel like a home”
I stayed for 3 days. I reached on Saturday 3pm and the hotel staff was there when I arrived. Check in process is very smooth. Public transport accessible near to the hotel to ostbanhoff station. It's located at neighborhood area and really feels like a home I booked studio apartment which has kitchenette as well. I will definitely stay here again if I visit munich amd will recommend to my fren too.

Perfect location for a city break”
We had a two bedroom apartment which was perfect for our needs. The rooms were large with very comfy beds. Had a kitchen with a microwave and all facilities we needed for our trip. Attentive staff, was very easy to check in and out. Very close to the public transport links, just a couple of underground stops to the centre of Munich. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends/family.

A Big Modern City”
It was a bad experience for me that I was almost not able to get the key and stayed there at the first night. I arrived around 8:30 pm and Staff were all off work. I tried to call the contact number above the key box (you can get your key if you press a right security code) but the hotline person could not speak in English but only speak in German. There is no information to tell you upon your reservation that you have to arrive earlier or you need to call to get a security code. And most importantly the hotline person cannot understand English. Luckily, I met a Italian man who got the same experience as me last night and he was willing to help me to call the hotline. At the night before I left another group of youngsters got the same problem as they arrived late. Although, the room is tidy and clean and the location is pretty close to Munich, the service is not good. We drove a car and we had to park our car around the public area. There was a underground garage but it is chargeable and it was dark and narrow. If you are going to stay in this hotel and you don't have a german phone and you cannot speak german, I would recommend you to arrive earlier. Moreover, you better take subway cuz your car has to park in public area and those place around have already full occupied with cars.

Great value, huge room with kitchen”
The room at Concept Living was excellent and very good value. It was clean with a modern design and all the amenities I needed. The only thing I would change is to add free wifi. It was a pain getting a wifi access code from someone out of office hours and their reception times are very limited.

Fuss free and agreeable.”
We stayed here last summer for 6 weeks in 2 rooms so did not hesitate to stay 4 nights this time . Front desk staff very helpful when manned daytime. Location in safe & quiet southern suburb of Munich. Very well connected transport wise. Bus stop 50m ( 3 min) walk from front door. Train 10 mins walk away. well appointed Kitchennette is a God send and 3 good supermarts ( V Markt, Rewe & Aldi ) within walking distance or two bus stops away . Café / bakery across the road. Only suggestion is towels are a bit worn out and for longer staying guests to change towels twice a week ( instead of once) . The housekeeping is accommodating and will change if asked. Also doors slam loudly when closed which takes getting used too.

Decent ”
Okay so, we paid alot to stay here over Oktoberfest and considering the prices of other places this was pretty good. HOWEVER you are far out of the centre, in a residential area but the Uban is quite close so it's relatively easy to get around (and there is uber of course). Beds are comfortable, bathroom, kitchen are all good. Staff were pleasant. Didn't like the fact you had to take out your own rubbish. Its a very "self service" , independent place, with no fun vibes about it so it really depends what you're looking for. I would recommend it if you want to go to Oktoberfest and are with others then want to explore munich - for a short stay only. If you want to really explore munich or are a solo traveler I wouldn't recommend it.

Superb Location and Value for Money”
Our apartment was just want we needed; clean, comfortable and the kitchenette had all the amenities we required. This saved us a lot of money from paying for expensive breakfasts. Everything worked in our room. We requested an extra night's stay and the staff arranged this without fuss and at a reasonable price. Great Service.

Great place for week-long visit”
The room with small kitchenette was immaculate and fully equipped with everything (except a regular oven, but includes a microwave. Great location, responsive staff and housekeeping. Trams and U-Bahn close by. Even provided a fan during the heat wave -- especially appreciated, as we were on the top floor! Accommodated our request for next-to-each-other rooms for ourselves and our 83-year old mother. Wish there were more places like this everywhere!!!

Friendly staff, ”
Pros: - Convenient. Only about 5 mins walk from the nearest U/S-Bahn station. Nearby area is comfortable and quiet. Just a few stations away from most visited sightseeing spots. - Very friendly and helpful staff! :) Always willing to give help to all kinds of questions. Thanks Hichael (I'm not sure about the spelling) for your free drinks! - The facilities in room are new. Very well equipped kitchen. Cons: - Expensive. May be it is due to peak season during Oktoberfest. - No breakfast provided for that price. - The construction of the basement is not yet finished.

Our stay”
The bathroom in our room was extremely tiny. The bed was average comfort. The staff was very friendly! The coffee machine was high priced for the size of the coffee and it didn't give change. Perhaps it should be free or €1 max. No on-sight restaurant! The only English stations on the TV were news stations. However there were many different program choices for German, Arabic, Spanish, Thai, Chinese, Russian, etc languages. Staff was very helpful. Only a couple of restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Was fairly quiet even though we had a room close to the Main Street. We would stay here again.

Looks better online”
We stayed at Concept Living for 2 nights for Oktoberfest. The rooms looked much better online than they did in person. The location was good - close to the station and the city. Overall an ok stay.

Modern, clean and comfortable”
Everything was good. Good furnished and cosy apartment сontain everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Just at the kitchen you couldn't find salt, sugar and coffee. We didn't found out supermaket nearby but perhaps of the xmas time everything was closed. But there are some bars and cafeteria. A bit far to walk to the tram stop for center, but in pleasant weather it was no problem. It is a pity that the hotel cannot be paid for upon arrival.

Easy to locate”
There was a flight of stairs to the entrance of the building which made it non convenient for people with luggage. Inside the building itself, I didn't see any elevators as well. The room is bigger neat and bigger than I imagined, but the showering space was small. The staff were nice and patient with my requests as well.

don't stay here. no value for money ”
I picked this place because it was close to office I was visiting in Munich. It costed 151 USD per night. That was definitely not worth. No service. No breakfast included in this. I stayed in many serviced apartments, while working in Asia. This is not like this. Nobody came to replace towels nor clean the room. For 151 USD a night: no thanks. Never again. This place should be around 50 USD a night to be interesting to stay.

Far from city centre”
The hotel is not easy to find, it took us 10 minutes to walk from Giesing station.
