It's one of the well-known hotels in Jeddah, you cant go wrong with the location and the view. I just noticed the cleanliness of the room and the facilities has decreased since last time I visited in 2015. Nevertheless, it's still one of the best hotels in Jeddah, highly recommended.

Absolutely first class. Everything anyone could wish for and more. Staff were friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The spa facilities were terrific and the food was outstanding. Would definitely book this hotel again.

The Al Azhar Hotel was booked as a 4 star hotel, however it is only a 3 star. The quality, however, was closer to a 2 star. Reduce Communication gaps. Clearly differentiate between Agoda.com & booking.com. Revise the conditions of cancellation. If I book the suite on the same day , then how can I cancel it before one day? Hence need revised conditions.

Jeddah hilton is the best hotel in jeddah i spent 2 dayz of my honeymoon there the rooms very clean the food very good and healthy the staff very friendly one thing that i advise is the book room with plus type coz plus mean view on the sea very very great view @ the red sea.

I had one issue regarding number of people in the villa, as per my booking it should br 6 adults but as per the resort policies villa can't have more than 4 adults. I tried to contact Agoda but no response. Please have your agreement clear with the resort.

I stayed in the hotel for one night. It is awesome. It has excellent services, and great location. I had a small problem with the hotel. The staff member in the recieption in mistake booked me in another person package. However, my booking through agoda was already there. Overall, I really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

I should have expected it as this was an apartment not a hotel; but the room was not cleaned even once through out my stay of 5 days. The curtain fell off which was not fixed.
