Very nice area with restaurants, shops, shopping mall. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Very cozy big terrace with chairs and table.

It was not perfectly clean. Moreover was wondering that I was additionally charged for cleaning, though it was not mentioned in the booking.com. Usually it should be included in the price. Very problematic to find parking around, narrow streets with many cars. A bit far away from city center ~ 1 hour walk.

Due to the purpose of my trip I needed to be situated in that area. Having found an option there was convenient. Communication with the property was easy and fast. The friendly staff was flexible regarding the check-in/handing over the keys to my delayed flight. The apartment had a nice balcony.

The apartment made a worn out and untidy impression at first glance that did not match the professional images as advertised. The bathroom looked okay-ish. However, what appeared to look like dirt turned out to be mold spots near the shower wall. The bathroom also had scruffy/moldy put between tiles and a stained floor near the toilet that hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. Highlight on day of departure was a super low water pressure which rendered it impossible to shower and flush the toilet properly. But that unfortunately was not all! In this 2room apartment the bedroom and closet had residual hair and dust of previous visitors. Half of the closed was filled with stuff: cleaning utensils, toys and whatever. It’s back wall was broken, by the way. Not that I wanted to, but I had to take a look underneath the bed, which revealed a dust bunnies party of all sorts. Let’s not elaborate further on that. There were also interesting stains on the wall of some sorts: coca cola, red wine? The bedside table wouldn’t cover them and almost broke in two when I moved it to plug in my mobile phone charger. Last but not least the kitchen/living room had a kitchenette that looked functional but once I took a closer look at the extractor hood I decided not to use it due orange sticky residuals attached. Had this ever been cleaned? A cupboard revealed a wild mixture of glasses, espresso cups and dishes. The amenities… which? Info pertaining the WiFi hid well in a shelf behind a lid: a hand written note provided the net name and access code. A blow dryer was present together with a mix of leftovers, e.g. contact lenses liquid, toothpaste and q-tips. It was unclear who had left them, but the dust on top indicated they had been here for longer. Finally, I thought I had booked an apartment with Sun Resort Apartments before which was pleasant! Mind the name!! With Corvin 4 Sun Resort Apartments however I won’t ever book again.
