We were visiting with our family and relatives from Austria/USA. The location was central and easy to get around from there. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a nice window view of the area. The breakfast was exceptional. Parking was easy, onsite for an extra fee. I would definitely stay again.

Just AMAZIIIING”
Our stay was amazing, the room (Standard with Twin beds) was very nice, A/C was working perfectly, there was a mini fridge in the room. The Garden is an amazing place to sit down. And the breakfast!!! Just WOW. We’d definitely stay again, thank you! Only minus - 15€ parking per day.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was an ample buffet. The only downside was 1. We booked a room with a balcony as the room was non-smoking and it was only a juliet balcony so not big enough to actually stand on. 2. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I know they sold coffee at the reception, but after spending the day exploring in the cold, it would have been good to come back and put the kettle on. 3. The fridge in the room did not work, although this was not so much of a problem in the winter so didn't complain about it. Having said all that, it was still a great hotel for the price

Good hotel ”
For the money I paid the hotel was spot on, cleaned daily and the breakfast was good for being free. Few things I'd like to see is an iron in the room, I asked for this but it was declined due to health and safety and also a shower mat as the floor in the bathroom is so slippery, I damaged my elbow slipping but that's more my fault. For a solo traveller during f1 weekend the price was amazing and I'd recommend to anyone that was on a budget.

Good breakfast, uninviting rooms”
The rooms are kinda gloomy, the carpet was badly stained, one of the towels was stained as well and the room had an odd smell. After that experience, the breakfast was unexpectedly good.

Below Average, at best”
Not sure where all positive reviews are coming from, must be fake. If you like the smell of cigarette smoke, consistent banging from fire doors or street deliveries and hotel staff that act like you don’t even exist, this is the hotel for you. There’s a million and one better hotels, closer to the city centre. Only book if absolutely desperate. If not, find something closer to town. Awful 2/10.

Very nice hotel in a quiet alley”
The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Corvin-negyed metro station and located in a alley, so in the very quiet atmosphere. The hotel inside is renovated and very new, facility as well. I really enjoyed comfortable stay. It was a bit difficult to find restaurants in the area, so it's better eat dinner in the city center. For sightseeing, you can get tram or metro at Corvin-negyed

Good hotel for a few days in Budapest”
I stayed at Hotel Corvin for four nights in September, 2019. Although the location of this hotel is not very central, it is very close to tram stops and the metro station. It's just 5 minutes walk. So getting around for your sightseeing is convenient from this place. There are a few nice restaurants and shops nearby, so it's easy to supply yourself with food, drinks and other amenities. My room was quite nice. It was spacious and had a big balcony. From the balcony, you could see that this hotel is located in a residential area. There's no through traffic, which makes this place less noisy. However, there was a lot of a rumbling noise early in the morning to which I woke up every day. I suspect it was the housekeeping cleaning up some rooms. The breakfast buffet was good. Unfortunately, every morning there were crowds of big travel groups showing up at the same time, so it was noisy and hard to find a seat. Anyway, I enjoyed the stay and would come back.

Modest hotel with good breakfast & great location”
Corvin hotel would appeal to the independent travellers who want a value-for-money hotel, great location and peaceful surrounding. Located 5 mins from the Corvin metro station, on a road away from the main avenue, it is quiet, modest and safe. It is just on the edge of the city-centre, so about 10 - 20 mins walk to the centre. Amenities are sufficient, but breakfast was surprisingly good.

The front desk people were so helpful with information on trains & Metro to travel out of the city. Corvin Wing was modern & quiet. Fridg wasn't cold, aircondition temp didn't change when requested. Resorted to fresh air, so much better!

Good Hotel ”
The service in Corvin part of the Hotel was good. The staff in the reseption were helpfull and friendly. The room was small but clean and new all worked well, exept the safe was broken. The room also had a terrase towards the gardens, which was great bonus on a warm day. The Hotel is on a quiet street so it is also quiet at night time. Breakfast was also adequate. All in all it is a good Hotel to stay in.

The personnel of the hotel was very helpful about everything I had questions about. The room was clean and good value for the money. The hotel is in a quiet part of Budapest and good for everyone that wants to get some rest. But, also, it is one metro station from the centre of the city, so very easy and cheap to go exploring. Very good breakfast!

The hotel was very clean, modern, quiet (as long as you keep your window shut), and the staff were efficient and helpful. It's located one short block from a busy tram line, and public transit in Budapest is very easy to get around. The indoor/outdoor breakfast area is a delight -- pleasant and peaceful.

Good all round”
A good hotel all-round for 3 star. Modern. Very large room although 'double' bed was actually two single beds pushed together with two separate duvets. Satisfactory breakfast with nice outdoor eating area. Reception was efficient and friendly and able to offer good sightseeing advice, however the prices they quoted for visits to some of the famous Budapest baths were more expensive that visiting independently. Very close to metro stop and tram lines and walking distance to the banks of the Danube river. There are also a few local restaurants within about 100m of the hotel.
