Photos and name far from reality”
It is not an apartment, it is a hostel, in A very old (early 1900s) building that looks and smells dusty, dampness and is really really old...the only saving grace was a small communal kitchen (nothing compared to regular hostels or YHA) where only one person/couple could cook at any point in time. Noise even from roadside can be heard all the time. And for AUD $90 a night, it was absolutely worthless. Compared to AUD 63 a night we paid for another set of apartments we stayed in the previous two nights. Unfortunately they were sold out.

Scary from the outside ”
We didn’t even make it to the room! It’s a vandalised unmarked building with a dark entrance and courtyard / corridor where there was rubbish. No way were we staying there as a family. My advice is Google the address first if you want a better look as the pictures advertised are very deceiving.

Fantastic find, would stay again”
I had a great stay at Corvin Point. The staff was the standout feature, all just super friendly, welcoming and attentive. They embodied the exact sort of service that you should expect in any form of accommodation. They made me feel so welcome and as a solo traveler, that is extremely important and valuable to me. The location is central enough, very close to tram and metro stops as well as a few nice restaurants. The only gripe I had was the walls are a bit thin and you can sometimes hear people in the adjacent rooms, other than that no problems whatsoever. Heating was excellent, bathroom was fine, beds were comfy and big. Great value for money in my opinion, whilst not the cheapest place in Budapest, it's worth the money for the great staff.

Confortable with kids”
We stayed in the apartment with my family of four. The kids were really happy to enjoy the spacious living room which is not possible in a standart hotel room. Transportation is very easy becase it is very close to tram stop and metro station. The staff were really kind and helpful. There are lots of shopping centres and restaurants around the hotel. If you are not looking for a luxurous but a comfortable place, you can stay in Corvin Point.

Nice hostel with hotel standards”
The staff made our stay in Budapest super easy! When we arrived, they gave a map and mark everything what we wanted to see in Budapest, recommended restaurants and pubs to go out and all of these tips were really useful. The hostel is really interesting. The building itself is at least 100 years old. We stayed in the double room which was on the ground floor. The room was beautiful, clean, and large with very well designed bathroom. There was no breakfast available, but there was a nice common kitchen up on the first floor where we could have a coffee and make our own breakfast. The hostel is very close the main street, so it was easy to get to all parts of the city. Next time we will defenitely stay here again!

Great Hostel with suprising style”
There is no sign outside of the buliding which made it very hard to find it at the first time. The building looks old and untouched for decades from the outside but inside it is very well decorated. This contrast give the hostel a very nice character. The room and bed were clean and tidy, and the interior was much really modern. Very good price/quality. Zoltan was a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable host. I was quickly introduced to some of his friends and we had a good time sitting round the table chatting. The room has free lockable drawers for each bed and the showers and toilets were spotless. The hostel is located next to the no. 4/6 trams which connect with the city centre in a few minutes. I think I was very luck with this hostel, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I recommend it for everyone.

Good option if you're looking for budget stay”
We initially booked to stay in a twin ensuite room but one of the other guests was playing loud music next door. Fortunately, Zoltan at reception was very helpful and offered to move us to an apartment at no extra charge. Apartment was modern, well presented with a kitchen and comfortable. Only issue was a vent in the bathroom ceiling which was dripping water. Overall, I would recommend this hostel. It is close to an M3 metro stop, you are near a shopping centre with supermarket. Above all, the staff were very helpful and highlighted main attractions and which public transport to take.

Great staff”
The staff at the reception were great, in particular the man who works during the evenings. We got a nice introduction of Budapest and places of interest shown on a map. He gave a guided tour of the hostel on check in. The location is ok, nearby a metro station, but it felt a little far away from the sights. Kitchen looked nice but we didn't use it. Room was comfortable. It's a good value place to stay.

The staff were excellent, extremely informative and gave tons of great tips for seeing the city and enjoying it to the fullest. The hostel is also a 10minute walk to a main party hub, with bars, restaurants and clubs. Perfect place. This new place is immaculate, the furniture still smells fresh and the location is quite good. A good amount of history was made around this part too, so ask about it. This place is a definite, definite, definite hostel to book. Very easy-going guests, but more of a relaxed, sophisticated place to stay. I can only recommend it!

What we expected ”
It didn't blow our minds. It was what we expected. A basic room with a double bed where we could lay our head in between going to the Formula 1. If I was visiting Budapest for sight seeing I'd find somewhere more central.

a személyzet nagyon segíőkész és kedves, a hotel összességében véve (főleg a közös terek), lehetne tisztább, de ez inkább az itt tartózkodó turisták hibája, nem a szálláshelyé.. viszont a szállás teljesen korrekt, a felszereltsége elég jó, máskor is megszállnék itt.

Very hot and humid in summer, overall disappointing”
Pros: The design of the apartment is nice and it is recently refurbished. Very comfy beds. Close to city center . Cons: in an old house that needs renovation, has a dark entrance with uneven pavement. The flat is on the ground floor, so it is very dark. Windows open to the inner yard, with zero sunshine. No air conditioner (although it is promised at booking :-((( ). Flat is so humid, that our bath suit remained wet for 4 days and food like bread, cookies or salt became damp by the morning. No cleaning during a 7-night stay, dustbins never emptied. There were dirty mugs, plates and shelves upon arrival and had to go and ask toilet paper twice. Difficulti No cupboard for hanging up clothes in a 2 bedroom flat (there is one small cupboard with drawers but it is certainly not enough). Washing machine at the reception and some other basics like ironing or hair dryer can also be asked there.
