Close to the crowded Areas.
Air Condition did not work, hot inside Noise in the night also for us as party tourists until 7 in the morning with closed windows Parquet loose/faulty fridge gasket broken, fridge works but not as could as it should. bed base of one bed were missing 50% luckily our lightest friend was inside light on one toilette not working dirty walls curtains hangs partially loose

The host communicated when we arrived but only by text. Very frustrating upon arrival. The A/C was one vent for all 4 living areas, insufficient. The room with two beds, the support under the bed fell off and had to take mattress off and sleep on mattress on the floor. The drapes were not hung in the larger room. When we plugged the toaster in, it blew a fuse and we had to use a ladder to re-set which was way up high. The main shower leaked water all over the floor in the bathroom. We did like being together. The location was good BUT hot and VERY NOISY especially at night. There must have been a bar but it never stopped. It had nice big windows if you could handle the noise to get some fresh air.
The link the Host provided and expected us to fill out before giving us entry NEVER worked. THEREFORE, we were directed to the wrong address. (Remember, there's 6 of us with suitcases waiting to get directions.) BUT FIRST we must give ALL our information Name, Address, Phone, Birthdate, Passport#, Mother's name, email - ALL of us BECAUSE THE LINK to take the info would never work. (Even though I copy pasted the link in the browser). VERY inconvenient & VERY FRUSTRATING. Took a long time and effort to finally get the directions to the 3rd Floor apartment. At least please FIX link for registering all guests. I was about to go to another hotel - so frustrating. NO key entry until ALL info received and not our fault the link did not work. Information could have been obtained through Booking.com email to owner.

absolutely nothing.
check in was very complicated - communication with the host was very difficult and we were not made aware of the check in time till last minute only to find out it was self check in. once we entered the apartment it was very dirty and definelty hadn’t been sufficiently. Given the name of the apartment has A/C in it there was a severe lack of Air conditioning to the point me and my fellow guests had to move out early after repeated pleas to the host to get it sorted only to be ignored or when a man came he told us “sorry I can’t do anything, you guys are living in hell in here” the host wanted nothing to do with the guests and I advise anyone to stay far away from this property. I will be looking to get refunded.

Decepcionante, no tienen lo que ofrecen”

Que de todo lo que ofrece pocas cosas funcionan. Una cama tenía los tablones del somier sueltos por lo que no se podía dormir en ella, son un aseo y dos baños y una de las duchas no funcionaba, por lo que 7 personas hemos tenido que compartir una ducha, la calefacción en algunas habitaciones tampoco funcionaba. No nos ha hecho falta pero no hemos visto ni una tv ni el aire acondicionado por ninguna parte. No había cafetera. Nos han dejado 4 rollos de papel para 7 personas 4 días. Nos han tenido en la puerta 1h porque no habíamos cubierto un formulario que no nos habían enviado, cuando por fin pudimos entrar, todavía no estaba limpio y habían pasado 2h del check in, por lo que dejamos las maletas y nos volvimos a la calle.

Das Stadtleben ist direkt vor der Tür, die Partymeile befindet sich auch in der Nähe. Hohes Sicherheitsgefühl, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Bus und Straßenbahn sind nur paar Meter entfernt. Wer gerne sparen möchte, ein Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe somit kommt man als Selbstversorger auch ganz gut durch. Zur Unterkunft selbst, beste Preis/Leistung, alles was man zum Leben braucht ist auch da und funktioniert :) Versorgung geht rund um die Uhr und befindet sich nur 20m entfernt.
Die Parkplatzsuche in Budapest leider kein eigener Parkplatz. Als Raucher sollte man sich auf der Straße eher verstecken..man wird sehr oft angeschnorrt. 5% Serviceaufschlag auf so gefühlt ziemlich alles hinzu kommt das Wechselgeld unter 500 HUF gerne mal einbehalten wird. Aufpassen bei Geldauszahlungen am Automat, gibt echt sehr starke Unterschiede in der Nähe. Zur Unterkunft selbst, leider konnten wir das Klima nicht herrunterregeln obwohl es einen Klimacontroller gibt (Luxusproblem) dafür stehen genug Ventilatoren in der Unterkunft selbst.

Non era come mi aspettavo, diversa dalle foto. La prima stanza con la porta in vetro aveva una tenda a metà ed era senza armadio. La porta d’ingresso alla cucina era rotta con il vetro centrale mancante e la doccia nella camera in fondo a sinistra era rotta.

L'unica nota positiva è la posizione comoda e centrale. L'appartamento è malandato, le porte non si chiudono, i servizi igienici sono pessimi e la pulizia generale è scarsa. Ci sono 3 bagni ma in uno c'è solo la tazza e in un'altro solo la doccia e il lavabo ma così piccolo da non potersi lavare nemmeno le mani. Solo uno è completo per modo di dire con una doccia senza porta. I letti senza biancheria con piumini singoli sul letto matrimoniale, Pavimenti rotti, non c'è una TV e nessun genere di cortesia. Anche la biancheria da bagno è limitata ad un solo telo a persona. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

Posizione perfetta. Casa calda. Posizione vicino al centro. Buone finestre per ottimo isolamento della casa.
1.Nessuna porta aveva la chiave, sopratutto i bagni. 2.La rete di un letto cadono le doghe al solo peso di un moscerino. 3.Coperte e ricambi inesistenti, solo delle lenzuola di piccole dimensioni. 4.In 2 dei 3 bagni non ci sono finestre e una delle due doccie perdeva acqua dalla manopola del miscelatore. Inoltre la mancanza di tende nella doccia causava una costante pavimento bagnato. 5. Perenne odore di fogna, causa pozzetto. 6. una camera con poca privacy.

Место расположения очень хорошое,около станции метро,вблизи есть супермаркеты,кафе,руин-бары.В квартире есть микроволновка,тостер,с горячей водой проблем нет.Обратите внимание,что фена и утюга нет.
в санузлах не работали замки,для 3-х семей из 8 человек,это было очень не удобно,поломана кровать в одной из спален,оборваны шторы.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobą odpowiedzialną za zakwaterowanie. Lokalizacja idealna zarówno do wyjścia wieczorem na miasto jak i do zwiedzania. Dobrze wyposażone we wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy takie jak szklanki, talerze, suszarka do włosów. Nocleg idealny dla czterech par.
Nieprzyjemny zapach z jednej z łazienek. Zarezerowwane zostało całe mieszkanie jako cztery pokoje z łóżkami podwójnymi. W trzech pokojach faktycznie było łóżko podwójne ale w jednym niestety 2 łóżka pojedyncze.
