Luxury hotel at a bargain price (in summer anyway) in the tiny country of Andorra nestled in the Pyrenees about 150 km north of Barcelona. Beautiful room, super-tech bathrooms, location at the base of on of Andorra's ski villages. Good (if arduous) walking in summer. Great buffet breakfast, but merely adequate dining off ski season. Staff couldn't be nicer or more kno...

I used the hotel for the base station for skiing at Grandvalira. The hotel is located at main street at la vella and very convenient. 10 min walk from the main bus station from Barcelona and 3 min to the bus stop to Encamp. The room is small and not new but good enough considering the price. Basically you need to bring every amenity exept towel. The hotel is very flex...

We stayed one night in this lovely hotel in the heart of Andorra La Vella. Our room was very large with excellent facilities. The breakfast was served in the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel - providing excellent views over the town and surrounding mountains.

We stayed 2 nights at Holiday Inn Andorra and thoroughly enjoyed it, rating it 9 out of 10. The room was large, comfortable and clean, with lots of cupboards and hanging space, a safe, an iron and ironing board, a black-out curtain and a comfortable bed (we slept well). Our room rate (EUR99) included breakfast AND dinner, which was excellent value, especially as both m...

The hotel was perfectly fine. Clean, simple, polite staff. Nothing too special; decent breakfast buffet that was really crowded with families and toddlers. Nice hiking in the area, but only touristy pizzareria restaurants within walking distance.

It's the best hotel I ever stay. Within 15 mins walk to the Caldea Spa and just 5 minutes walk to the bus station to skiing and Barcelona .Supermarket and restaurants are all within the walking distance. Convenient location but quiet that give us a very good sleep. Staff is very helpful. Since we are the first time being here, they give us very good travel tips . Very...

Stayed at Hotel Micolau for five nights. Instructions for booking in were straight forward and accurate. Room was really small but very clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast was served across the road in Hunters. It was fine and had what we needed. Was some noise could be heard from the Derby pub and could hear others in the rooms above and through the wall. However lo...

Room is a bit small otherwise everything else is good! breakfast is enough to start your day, comfortable bed and good size shower room! Location is in the smack of Andorra La Vella shopping area, no complain. Starbucks and Hard Rock Cafe are just 3 mins walking from the front door of the hotel, halal food available not far from the hotel too.

It's nested at the old town. 7mins walk to national bus( international buses). 5 mins walk to the local bus station (for local transport). 5 mins walk to the supermarket which is near to the bus station. 10mins walk to the shopping area. Cleanroom and helpful staff, the only thing is the pub open till morning 3am, it's bit noisy specially in weekend.

Check in process was a nightmare - Grumpy, rude, inhospitable and unfriendly front desk guy. Clumps of dust and dirt everywhere in the room - looks like it hasn't been vacummed in a month. Location was the only redeeming factor as it was right in the city with easy access to stores and restaurants. Certainly not worth the money paid.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is very central to Andorra la Vella and the room was large and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and we would stay here again. Also, this is one street down (more convenient to the center) from the far more expensive Andorra Park hotel and we’d recommend this over that one, which was very impersonal. The only possible min...

Nice restaurant for lunch/dinner buffet which costs 12.5 euros and offers a variety of hot food and salad. Particularly like the potatoes. Two free soft drinks and two mini bottles of water are provided, which is excellent. Sweets are provided in the reception. Staff are nice. A bit noisy when I opened windows. The design in both the room and lobby is a bit old-fashi...

We went to Andorra for mountain bike events. So it was a pleasant surprise when we found the hotel was literally right next to the gondola station! We had a basic room with a cute little balcony. It was a shame we didn’t have time to use the pool and the spa this time. The only reason for giving 4⭐️ for facilities is the twin bed we had wasn’t quite possible for us t...

Having a car is best. Lots of free public carparking very close. Nice bar in the complex. The bathroom was a reasonable size but the toilet was located so that your legs were under the handbasin yet the bidet was well located - silly design. The bedroom was a reasonable size with an almost comfortable bed & pillows. The road noise and the ear piercing church bells (ha...

The reception guys were nice, speaking French and English, as well Spanish, the lift to the floors , the room was self contained, included sheets and towels , micro wave, cutlery , stove two tops, the double bed was comfortable, nothing negative for this accommodation. Thank you will be back.

The hotel is in a pretty alpine town, one building off the main road, making it quiet. The price was the bargain of a month in Europe. My top floor room had awesome mountain views, with a cable-car operating all year just 2 minutes walk away amongst the shops and cafes. Bus at front door to the capital in 40 minutes, which departs every 20 minutes. Awesome for summer m...

After booking the owner emailed us to know more details on how we would get there, where the jkeys were, the code to the entrance door. We have informed about late arrival. All was clean and warm. There is parking in front of the door. Not paid. Internet works and its free. I recomend and will go back for sure.

After a nightmare check-in that lasted over 1 hour as qualified staff were not available. Later on the manager appeared a lot more professional and set things right straight away. The hotel is on central square, entering Pas de la Casa, with easy parking in front of the hotel and garages nearby (pay). Walking to restaurants and shops was just across the street, while t...

I had to take suggestions as one of the best 3 things about this hotel as I have never received such a unusual answer: "I don't know about any inexpensive dining options in Andorra as I work a lot and do not have the time to go check out all the restaurants. But if you want something cheap, there is a McDonald's nearby". I guess I do not have to comment that... Otherwi...

Hotel was well located to access the ski slopes (100 m walk) and close to bars and restaurants. We went half board and for the additional cost was very good value for breakfast and dinner. The cost booked from Agoda was actually less than other sites and included dinner. Parking was available on site fr daily fee 16 Euro. Ski storage was on site at no additional cost. ...

We stayed over NY 2012 and had a wonderful stay. This hotel surpassed our expectation and we were impressed by the amenities that are on offer that you would expect from a larger establishment. Everything about this place has personal touches and I would say has the best breakfast i've had in Ski resorts. Lots a fresh fruit, juices, pastries, breads, cold meats, eggs,...

This is a good 3* hotel. Breakfast is excellent, dinner is good, staff is ourstanding (especially Hélder at the reception). Room is small and a bit dark but very quiet. Swimming pool is good and with excellent views. Jacuzzi a bit dark. It's odd to park down the road on an empty space, and there is nothing much in Tarter in summer. Everything is closed, so you must dri...

Everything was spot on, my only disappointment and quite a major one is that whilst dressed in a towel trying to get In the sauna/hamaam it was all switched off. We went to reception to ask why and were told it's ten euros each per visit per room!! Wtf? It's a ski hotel at 4 stars guys, turn the bl&£dy things on and leave them on. It would have cost us 60 euros to do b...

Staff were very helpful and attend to every request. the rooms were a little small but it was very clean and provided every necessity. The car park was easily accessible. Just a short drive from La Massana where u get get your food and groceries. Great place if you have a car
