good hotel the only 5 star hotel in sarajevo i like the swimming pool and the breakfast the gym was piece of shit and when we want extra time for check out they tell us i cant give you more than 5 minutes !! any ways of you want to book in that hotel dont ever miss the massage the massage was amazing the best massage i ever done in my life i do it with them every day 2 times morning and night very very very good massage i like the massage more than sarajevo dont miss it

the hotel lies outside the city medogorje. the hotel area is very nice with many four room hotel houses and a good restaurant and includes an etnic village where all sorts of handiccrafts are for sale. the hotel belongs to a big wine factory with nice tasting facilities. the surroundings are not very nice and includes a bus garage and s stone processing plant. the restaurant has a good menu and very reasonable prices for wine and food and good service. ask for the local specialities!

Residence inn is in a great location where you can reach everywhere in walking distance. We loved the staff who were so smiley and attentive. Especially Mr Amer welcomed us warmly. Breakfast is good but crowded. We had an issue with our A/C. It was just blowing fan not cool air. We reported this next morning and they fixed it but following night it repeated. We called the front desk at half past midnight. The night shift receptionist tried his best to fix but eventually he offered us another room at 1 am for us to sleep. This was very nice of him. As were checking out early, they prepared us a lunch box. The reception can arrange you a reliable taxi. If we come to Sarajevo again, we will stay at Residence Inn.

I like everything about this hotel. The location is exactly at the entrance to the old town. So basically you will have the right spot to start your exploration on the old town. And it is a new hotel. So everything is new! I like this! What I love the most??? THE BREAKFAST. One of the best hotel breakfast I had ever been to. Simple but rich. What I did not like??? THE BED. I booked a double bed room. I don't like when a twin bed is combined into one. This is not consider as double, as you end up sleeping only one side of the bed at the end.

Nice, new and clean accommodation in Mostar..though location is a bit out of ur coming from the bus station. The hotel told me that they could arrange a taxi for me in the morning to catch my bus at 7am. Went down to the reception the next morning and there was no one! Despite me having informed them of my departure time the day before. Ended to walking to the bus station which is a 20 min walk away.

Nice hotel, better looking inside, then outside. The view and sounds of the river was more then beautiful! The room was nice and large, great view! And the food in the restaurant was really, really tasty, the dinner as well as the breakfast that was custom made (omlette, great pastry, bread spreads, tomato, everything we wanted!) Wanted to eat in the city, but ended up in hotel, that we did not regret. To bed we didn't use the massage service cause it was really cheap.

Pros: staff is absolutely amazing, the breakfasts were wonderful, and the location is fantastic. Staff were helpful, informative, and kind. Breakfasts included freshly made omelets. Everyone went above and beyond to help with any little thing (for example, I wanted toast and they made it happen). In five minutes you can reach the old square on foot. Cons: I would NOT recommend this place IF you have a car. The private parking they have is a tiny garage and it does lock (which is great), BUT it’s a very difficult parking job and we really scraped up the front bumper getting in both times (even when one of the staff helped us). Cars frequently park right in front of it on the street, which makes it even more difficult. And for this tricky, most likely damaging parking spot, you have to pay 10 euro per day. Everything else was absolutely wonderful, but the parking was a nightmare.

We had one night at the Hotel Bristol on one of the hottest days of the summer - 42 degrees. It's a really nice hotel with a big room, and is well located only a few blocks from the bus station. The air con wasn't working in the reception area or cafe, but thank God it worked well in our room. The staff there were lovely and the man on reception was particularly helpful when I needed a doctor for heat stroke. The only downside was breakfast - very average with a limited selection and the meat was dry and turned up at the edges, etc... Still, I would definitely recommend this as we felt very well looked after.

This apartment is at about 25 minutes from city center, but is quite close to Tunnel of Hope. The owner is a Serbian Bosnian, very friendly, helpful and talkative. He enjoys sharing his experience during the Siege of Sarajevo. This villa has three storey, a small lift is installed to facilitate luggage delivery to upper floors. The location is very quiet, room is clean and tidy. We stayed at a medium size apartment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sizable sitting and dinning area, full amenities in bath room and kitchen, with split air-conditioner as well. Ground floor is the owner’s office, has the set up of pool table, dartboard and coffee bar for your leisure and amusement.

We were confused by the location; our first stop was the address provided by hotel booking, but appearing to us was a run-down building, with no one there. We noticed a small map showing the new location at about 100 meters away, eventually were pleased to find a brand new three storey building, surrounded by high concrete wall, with a front yard covered by gravel path, allowing the parking of 4-5 cars. This apartment is quite close to the Old Bridge and city center, at less than 10 minutes walking distance, nearby is a small supermarket. We have two bed rooms and 5 set of beds in the apartment, comfortable size dining table and full amenities kitchen and bath room, with split air-conditioner and washing machine. Room is very clean, towels replace daily, the lady owner speaks good English, very friendly and helpful. She lives in the same building that you can contact her anytime for services. We enjoyed our two days’ stay very much.

I was staying in Pansion River for three nights and they were offering me a free airport pick up. Such a kind gestures from a guest house like Pansion River. Nash, their staff pick me up at the airport with a taxi we got along instantly as he was very helpful and friendly. Location is very nice, 4 minutes walking distance to the Old Town. I love everything about this place. I’m a solo traveler and I felt very safe walking from the Pansion River to the Old Town countless time even at night. Pansion River is the place for you to stay in Sarajevo. Cheers.

Villa Anri is a few minutes walk from Mostar's restored Ottoman bridge and old quarter and an easy walk from numerous restaurants. We got upgraded to a room with a terrace with amazing view over the town. I can't describe other rooms but the whole place looks clean and well furnished and equipped. The helpful staff will arrange transfers to and from the bus station. The hotel did not accept credit card payments but will take euros, Bosnian marks or Croatian kuna.

Easy to find, on a quiet street/neighborhood. Large parking lot, clean rooms, nice staff. We walked right to the train station at the bottom of the hill. Close enough to even walk back from the central part of the city for us. At the train station there were a bunch of families of gypsys pretty much living out of their cars. It was freakin awesome to watch them, they were all drunk with bottles everywhere. They had their car stereos bumping music and they were all dancing and singing with each other haha! All the kids were playing and riding bikes LOL right in the parking lot. They were all dressed like thugs but I didn't feel scared it was great entertainment.

The hotel has very helpful staff & is efficient with the check-in process. There is a gated secure parking space within the hotel compound. The room we had was on 3rd level, we did not get the best sunset view over the caputal. Nonetheless, it was still a very nice room with windows facing a nice little modern amphitheatre and the yelliw bastion. Rooms on the 3rd floor have sky roof windows. We enjoyed the breakfast very much as there were quite good variety of choice. We highly recommend the hotel for its close proximity to the old town.. It was a straightforward walk to the old town and the bridge and very near Yelliw bastion for a panaroma view over Sarajevo.
