Hotel is located in a great place just a short walk away from Tallin old town. You can find shops and dinning places just around the corner. The view from the sauna center and top floor is magnificient. I would reccomend to stay at this hotel at any time of the year. We where there to celebrate the New years eve, and even the hotel was croudy, the ladies at the recept...

I stayed at this hotel with my wife for a city break taking in Tallinn and Helsinki in one trip, 10min walk from the old town and 10min walk to ferry terminal for Helsinki, staff on front desk and behind bar were very nice always had a smile, but we also said thank you back which in my view helps the service wherever I go, breakfast is a good selection has bacon , scra...

500 metre from Old Town, so easy walk on mainly cobbled pavers. Great breakfast included..the best breakfast we have had on our month long trip, catering to all natioaities. The 1st hotel where we have seen Japanese rice porridge for breakfast. Our only negative on a 4 night stay was our shower didn't drain very well, but not enough of an issue that we complained about...

Best location if you are travelling via the cruise. Reasonable price, just opposite the seaport terminal, waking distance to old town (probably 15 minutes) or just take Uber, which is just Euro 3-4. Decent breakfast is provided. Staff are polite and we could converse in English. For those not English spoken staff (house keeping, they are polite too and able to get help...

The hotel is well located in Tallinn downtown, very accessible to old town and the harbor. Room feels a bit outdated but comfortable. Gym is small and basic for what I needed during my short stay in Estonia. The rooftop bar is great spot to see the Tallinn's skyline, specially for sunset you will love it!

A genuinely lovely hotel. The deluxe rooms are especially quirky, ours had the bath in the bedroom, it also had a secret staircase which doubled as a fire escape and a huge comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, great food choices and a glass of prosecco to start with. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a real treasure in the old city. It is perfe...

My stay was pretty great! I had reserved a double bed room, but when I arrived it was only a Queen Bed; however, the hotel immediately switched rooms for me. Customer service throughout my stay was great, in general. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is a bit boring (you have to walk to Old Town to get food or anything else, but it's only 10 minutes until yo...

whilst we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, I am very opposed to paying 6 Euro every time you order room service,.. this led me and my family to decline eating at any of the hotel outlets and going outside to eat. Hilton charge top rates for their rooms and therefore this should include room service delivery,.. they certainly lost F&B revenue from my Family because of t...

I got it when agoda having promotion, definitely value for value. Kitchen suppose to have 4 chairs, but only 2. Heating only in kitchen, one of toilet and room. We may asked from the staff, but lazy. Just hope items checked and match before given to us. 2 mins to quite a big size supermarket and to a 24hr small size supermarket. 5 mins walk to old town. Overall good ...

The apartment is very big and the location is good for sightseeing. However, if you arrive early and the room is not ready, you might have to store your baggage at the office, which is a bit far from the apartment. Picking up the baggage at a later time (and checking-out) can be distressing because the apartment is located uphill, and climbing up-/down-hill with a heav...

We’ve stayed here a couple of times and really like it. A great location, very central and right next to the bus station (the bus service in Estonia is fantastic). The rooms are lovely and the breakfast is really, really good! The staff are friendly very helpful.

Stay was very nice, except two things: 1) We get two rooms, both located in different wings of hotel, so we can't leave our kids. 2) Terrible food served during dinner in hotel restaurant. I'm newer ever want to see this naked rabbit form main course. Also smoked pork was awful! Only positive side of dinner was our waitress, who serve us on higher level!

We absolutely loved this place - it's definitely one of the best places we've ever stayed. We loved the large home, the play place for our small kids, the ability to use the boat whenever we wanted, and the incredible views out the window. We really loved the seclusion, while still being a close drive to Viljandi, one of our favorite little towns in Estonia. The kitche...

I absolutely loved it. It's a beautiful hotel in old stile. Staff were very accommodating , food was excellent ( warm home made bread !)new bathroom and shower, not like in other hotels in tartu. Valet parking , wifi, central location , couldn't ask for more ! Very happy !

Relatively large rooms. Good location close to the centre of the city. Breakfast is very simple but good. relatively cheap comparing to other hotels in the area (at least when it is off season). Staff was friendly and had no problem that we check out later than 12, with no additional charge. It would be nice if the free wifi was no only in the common areas but also in...

we were there early that morning and there is a hotel just next to it which can have free luggage storage before staff of the apartment staff get to work at 11am. its just a 5 min walk but a muddy one due to the snow. a supermarket can be found underground of the shopping center just beside the apartment as well which is very convenient and everything can be found in...

Very tidy and homy setup with breakfast on low budget. Walking distance away from center with multiple restaurants and shops, but still really quiet and tranquile environment. Friendly personel, who made you feel at home. Lobby bar open all night, I think, but restaurant serves as breakfast room only during my stay. Not a problem, cause many options near by.

This hotel is located just outside of old town (a few minutes walking) and is only about a 10 minute walk from the port if you are arriving by ship. The hotel was close enough to old town to make walking there easy, but because it wasn't in old town, it was much quieter. The rooms were nice; however, they didn't supply shampoo or conditioner, which you would expect...

It was so HOT. Asked front desk to get a fan they didn’t have extra one. We slept really warm room and my boy friend couldn’t sleep on the bed. Open the door and he slept in the floor. And don’t expect nice room. Just small tiny room without anything. They just offer a room. Even they don’t offer water for guest. One thing was good that breakfast was good and sauna.
Cheap places to stay in Estonia

We had an excellent stay in the Looming hostel. The staff was friendly and helpful, who gave recommendations on what to see and where to go in Tartu. Rooms do not have own toilets or showers, but they were really decent and clean. In the summertime I can believe that the roof terrace is amazing to hang around, also the living room with hammocks was very relaxed and nic...

It's a nice hotel set in the countryside 6km from Viljanda, but given the occasional public transport might be better suited to those with a car. Room was very nice, no quibbles with price, landlady was pleasant but reception was locked up. There were a lot of unfriendly Estonian / Russian workers staying there but the GuestHouse can hardly be blamed for their surly ...

When there's no heating AT NIGHT (7°C), you didn't know who to talk to. Sent a message to the booking agent didn't help much. They told agent they would turn on the heating, unfortunately only that was only daytime when most of the guests were out sightseeing and the temp was about 15. When it came to the cold night, they apparently turned off the heating at 12 mid...

We chose Varava Farm because it is very close to the Undva peninsular. .the best place to see the rare Steller's Eider in winter. The small warm wooden cottage in a forest clearing looked charming. The electric heater kept us warm at 20 oC. The separate sauna/dining area was ready each evening to relax in. Three course dinners were served. DBB for two people for two ni...

This is a nice hotel located on a quiet side road within a short walking distance to local attractions such as the parks and fortress. The building is the traditional type with high ceilings, and with basic standard furnishing. The receptionist at check in was very efficient, presenting with no problems. Having said that, the checkout was efficient too. The hotel was v...

It's not a hostel. It is a beautiful private home in the forest with birds singing, cats playing and I even saw a hedgehog. Tiiu invites you into her home and I felt like a guest rather than a paying customer. This is a place to rest and relax but an easy ride to the heart of Tallin. There is a terrific open market where you can buy fresh fruit, veg, meat etc. only on...

location is not ideal unless you're traveling with your own vehicle (which we had), must be some 5km from the tartu center. regardless, the hotel is nice, rooms are quite large and definitely clean, we had a nice "living area" with sofas in ours. walls are rather thin, so bring earplugs if you're not heavy sleeper. our room had a blinding curtain. the breakfast is good...

The hotel is clean and because it is very small it's also very cosy. the rooms are big enough, the beds are good enough to sleep but the thing which was a little bit annoying is the railway. It's quit near and you can really hear the trains. And also the dogs outside are pretty loud; they're barking whenever somebody is walking in the street. The garden is nice to have...

Clean, modest place, has everything you need for a few day stay. Could also order a lovely breakfast from next door with a great price. If you like quiteness - would recommend bringinh earplugs, since you are able to hear people walking by in the hall quite well. Great place when you are with a car - gated parking lot.

I wish we had more time on the vacation to stay here. The photos do not do the place justice, and there are many things to do and see in the area, while staying at this wonderful place. We stay in *a lot* of hotels guest houses and the like, all over the world. What we really liked about this place - it was not like being at a hotel or guest house; there was quite a ...

Hotel was a very quaint old building (boutique style hotel)located right in the centre of Tallinn Old City. Rooms were good, large & equipped with all basic requirements including free internet access, the only thing missing was coffee making facilities in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast in hotel which was more than acceptable in qu...

The old city of Tallinn is surprisingly large and worth a day trip from Helsinki. We left our main suitcases in the hotel in Helsinki in which we stayed at either end of our trip to Tallinn and walked from the Lindaline dock to the hotel (about 15 min). The hotel was perfectly placed and one of the fun places we've stayed in. A bunch of old buildings were renovated ...

We were given an upgrade to the Opera Suite in the hotel´s new wing. Room facilities and comfort were good, but the charcoal-coloured walls and overall dark tone didn´t please both of us. The hotel restaurant served good food, but became crowded due to large tour groups. It´s worth booking a table. The hotel has a small. well-maintained sauna, both wet and dry style,...

I stayed at Pikk 49 with my wife and (adult) daughter. Pikk 49 is an apartment block, not a hotel. We stayed in the STUDIO apartment and it was huge and plenty of wardrobe space to hang your clothes. It's fully self contained with TV, fridge, washing machine, oven etc and wifi. It's superbly located, close to the old city square, but far enough away not to be disturbed...
