Stayed here because of the direct access to the Falls. Nice room but nothing more special than other hotels we stayed at during our tour of South Africa. Had to contact reception as the mini bar was locked, and then had to contact them again as the contents hadn't been replaced as per the menu , not what you expect from 5 star hotel. You stay here because you want to...

Excellant and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Food at restaurant is excellant, though staff sometimes are too quick to ask if you're done eating! Tour bookings depend on number of bookings but staff do recommend other operators if they are unable to arrange. Airport pickup/drop off is chargeable by hotel which i think should be offered free of charge esp if stay...

A friend and I travelled together to Zambezi Sun for a very short trip to Victoria Falls. The hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to see Vic Falls. You are staying within the national park, and it is less than a five minute walk to the entrance of the Falls. There is wildlife surrounding the hotel and the staff is sure to tell you to take care of yourself and your belo...

I was charged three different rates, with a difference of $30 between the price advertised and booked against. This was explained to be normal practice to reflect higher or lower occupancy rates. I do not accept that this is a fair practice and the increase took me outside my per diem rate. I only found out about this at checkout. I think it is disgraceful that because...

it was good but there was no wow factor, everything in the room was the same as one would find in any standard hotel, as a 4 star hotel I felt that they lack something, which needs to be looked into. otherwise I have one hesitation in recommending this hotel to anybody.

The Intercon has always been an Icon in Lusaka and now that it has been revamped it is certainly back on my list of accommodation to stay at in Lusaka. The rooms are spacious enough and the facilities are very good. The value for money is well worth it. I will certainly be returning to the intercon on my next visit to Zambia

My daughter and I stayed at the Cresta Golfview Hotel during an overnight flight stopover in Lusaka. Check-in was a slower process than necessary but everything else during our stay was excellent. Our rooms were spacious and well presented, staff members were all helpful and friendly, and an extensive breakfast buffet was included in our online booking. The hotel conci...

Excellent location with easy access for all my business meetings. Rooms and general areas of the hotel very nice. Breakfast and meals at the hotel were very good. The hotel staff were very helpful and always obliging and dealt with any issues promptly. It was very nice to stay at hotel during the African Cup of Nations and on the day Zambia were playing.

staff was great. hotel needs renovation. food is exclusively chinese so if you want bread etc stop at supermarket (good selection at the market)on the way from the airport and buy the food you want! they will cook it for you. order you eggs scrambled as that is how they will be coming :) hotel is a bit away from town but taxi's are cheap. the hotel has a driver but the...

Stay at Gloria's was very nice. I was used to staying at large 4/5 star hotels for this trip, but Livingstone was booked up due to a large conference. Booked a room at Gloria's B&B based on good reviews and was not disappointed. The location was in a nice neighborhood that was about a 10 minute walk to the main street in town. Taxi's all knew how to get to Gloria's...

I paid for my booking in full. The check out took more than 30 minutes and has still not been resolved. The Hotel claims not to have received the funds from Agoda and I am being held hostage at the lobby. This issue is between the agent and the hotel and I should not have to wait around for it to get sorted. In terms of the hotel it is a good, new and clean hote...
