Everything was beyond my expectations! Even the front lobby has working space with wifi and very comfortable chairs to do some work which I utilized. Room amenities are set, easy access to ski locker room very close to the front door, parking space is just in front of the hotel. Wonderful staff and they are very helpful.

Excellent staff and great facilities!”

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Helped us with some calls we had to make to the airlines in Japanese. Front desk staff Yusuke even had to be on hold for 15 minutes until he got through. The onsen was great, indoor or outdoor. Our family totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back for more. Thank you.

Wonderful Hotel for Winter Vacation ”

We have total 11 person of 3 Families, we have great experience for the 3 nights of our stay. Staffs are extremely NICE & HELPFUL!!!!!! Rooms are Spacious !!!!! LOVE the outdoor Onsen!!!!! We enjoy so much of our stay!!!! THANKS EVERYONE OF Courtyard Hakuba!!!!!

Best Of 4 Hotel I stayed In My Trip”

Laforet Club Hotel Hakuba Happo is a really beautiful hotel. Though located away from the Happo bus terminal, it's free shuttle service and super friendly and English speaking staffs makes it all worth while. It's also within walking distances to many restaurants and convenience store so location really isn't an issue at all. Rooms are spacious (too spacious in fact) and clean and have an authentic Japanese feel to it. Love it!! Will be back again, hopefully soon.

Excellent Hotel & Service!!!”

The rooms are big. We arrived around 1030pm, we called them and they picked us up from the bus station. I heard it's recently renovated so the facilities are quite new. Breakfast was good and the restaurant area is gorgeous. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are excellent cafes and restaurants near the area (15-20 min walk). Note that it is not a ski resort or walking distance from any ski resort, there is a bus that goes around the area (Echo land) to pick up and drop off those going for skiing or snow boarding. We are quite happy during our stay.

Should notice that the charge of same room is different with different number of ppl”

Most things were great, including the cleanliness, breakfast and facilities. The biggest issue was that we wrong booked 1 person for our stay, and when we checked in, the staff didn't mention we should pay more for actually 2 ppl stay. Until next evening, we were told we should pay a lot more for another person. We understood the policy, yet the way they process was not acceptable. We think we should be informed of those extra fee once we arrived. Thanks that supervisor of reception gave us some discount of the extra fee.
