Apartment location is very good, near everything you need to see in Budapest. The interior of the apartment is in minimalistic design, very comfortable and pleasant. If you decide to stay in this apartment, or in any Hi5 Premium apartment, you will certainly not go wrong.

Kitchen equipment, No good bread knife. Washing machine but no washing powder. Just enough for two washing loads would have been great. Hot water. Not enough for two baths within an hour.

Be careful when choosing your apartment, some of the photos do not correspond with the apartment”

* Nice location with nearby supermarkets, restaurants and public transport options * Clean floor and towels * Big bathroom * Very warm * It had a small kitchen

* The linen and the sofa had dirty spots * Worn furniture and scratch marks on the floor and walls all over the apartment * Our apartment was tiny, with misleading pictures when booked * The entrance door did not look secure at all and had a huge window on it (it does have a digital lock system though, which was nice and it eliminated the need for a key or entrance card) * Very noisy neighbours, they wake you up on multiple occasions each night * The air-conditioning was not working

the location was okay and around a 10 minute walk to the centre which was nice. apartment was modern design.

the building is falling apart. it was actually terrifying arriving there in the middle of the night with the electricity tripping and wallpaper falling off the wall and graffiti everywhere. was a horrible experience. the apartment was full of dust, pillow cases were dirty and there wasn’t even tea and coffee making facilities. To call it luxury is very much false advertisement.

1. The apartament was open when we came and we are not able to lock the door from the outside. During our whole stay we had to leave our things in an open appartment. 2. I have been absolutely mislead by the offer on booking - other apartment’s photos were featured there first. Biggger and nicer. 3. The light in the kitchen was not working. There were no bedside / smaller sources of light. 4. Couch was awfully dirty. 5. Coffe machine was disassembled and we are not able to use it. Never to mention that there weren’t even 2 coffe capsules. 6. Bathroom was in a bad shape.

The state of apartment was bad and the offer was misleading - featuring other apartment’s photos first.

✔️ We could leave our suitcases for free in their main reception ✔️ Quick response from staff and clear instructions ✔️ Good distance to the city centre ✔️ Very comfortable pillow and bed ✔️ Coffee, iron and hairdryer provided

❌ Different apartment (I paid for the one that is shown in the top photos -as I obviously thought It was what I would get- and I ended up getting given a different apartment) ❌ No windows! (to let fresh air in you had to leave the door open) ❌ Only one large towel per person (not even one small towel for the hair - we stayed for four days at the apartament...) ❌ No A/C controler (yearly A/C cleaning not done - confirmed by a member of staff). ❌ Not enough space if you are carrying 2 or more bags.

A pipe burst in the apartment I booked before my arrival, got moved to a different one which is understandable, however, it was a smaller cheaper one than the one I was supposed to be at. They refused to give me a partial refund. There was long dark hair on the bed, floors, and in the bathroom. On the ceiling, there was a trapdoor that was opened. The walls were dirty. Aircon didn't work. I messaged them with a complaint they asked for photos, as soon I sent those they stoped replying.
