The apartment is big compared to most, everything worked, very secure, excellent self check-in and check-out process, very helpful staff and prompt communication.

A bit too warm with the heater/radiator that's constantly on and can't be (not supposed to) controlled or turned off. The bed is very comfortable but also very creaky.

The location of the apartment is great, in the city center, with lots points of interest around. The apartment is big and easily accommodates 4 persons. We had a problem regarding the bed sheets(missing the ones for the couch) but thr staff helped us quickly and brought them, even thought it was a sunday evening!

The apartment was newly rennovated and big,the kitchen equiptments were.new.very the location is near to the airportbus.

There"s a lift that doesn"t functioning, the location of the apartment is at the 3rd floor so we had a hard time going back and forth.luckily that we stayed only for a night,my mom and i have problems with our knees..so for us its really hard to take the stairs...

Kitchen paper provided. Quick responses to my queries, friendly receptionists. Not the worst price for booking the day prior

One small, warped, scratched to hell frying pan. Most of the cups, glasses and dishes were slightly dirty. Not very, only slightly. The Air conditioning was not powerful enough to keep the apartment at a temperature suiting my needs. The lowest I could get the ambient temperature in the living room, after moving the mattress there, was 20.9 degrees celsius

1. There are not enough dishes for all people, 2. There was only one bread knife and everything, 3. a small kitchen board, 4. no tea, no coffee, no salt, no pepper, 5. broken chandeliers, 6 fallen curtains, 7 th bathroom sink problems with water draining, 7 th thin blankets, no extra linen sets, and there are also no additional blankets and pillows, 8. TV doesn't have any channels that are anglish

The location of the apartment was convenient enough !!

There were not essential goods such as hair shampoo and a second towel, as we stayed 5 days there. That was a big faul , because as a tourist i am not prepared to carry shampoo and towels with me. At least, you have to specify this before the checkout. Also, the hairdryer was not working.

▪️We didn't like the smell in the apartment and couldn't get rid of it for a week!👎 ▪️Very poor in furniture.👎 ▪️No heating, took them two days to respond about heating not working then they sent a technician who did not fix the heating and left and they didn't even bother to ask if the heating is working or not.👎 ▪️The pillows and blankets were so old and uncomfortable.👎 ▪️The bathroom was quite dirty. 👎

Nice central location and spacious”

We had a large apartment, spacious and room for everyone. Location of the apartment is really top! The neighbors were quiet at night. It is not a party apartment. Parking not available, but 5 minutes away there is a parking garage. Approximately 25 euros per day. Communication via mail or booking chat without problems. Check in and check out also smoothly.

Condition of the apartment not very good, or let's say I wouldn't call it premium. already a bit worn, such as partly dirty walls or wobbly / defective sockets. But nothing tragic. All sanitary facilities worked and were clean.
