Hotel is clean and staff friendly but location is not good”
The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very clean. The pool is small but operational, rooms seem dated but have all facilities. The only issue is location. Its 1.5 km away from any good food shop and 3 km away from shopping centers. Only thing at walking distance is a shop and a cafe, which is quite good, everything else is far and you will need taxi.

Before check in please make sure you ask them housekeeping process. They don’t clean the room if you don’t inform them at the reception. Guest shouldn’t depend on if you have pressed the housekeeping button on and left outside carefree, that when you return you will find your room is cleaned & stocked up. It’s big No, I was surprised during my 2 nights stay when I returned from my long work day and I had to go through this hassle. When called up reception the Gentleman said this how this hotel operate, in this case the receptionist must notify guests during check in or they must find as way to keep guest informed of their housekeeping policy. Rest service is all okay and not much to express. Thank you!

One of the worst stay I ever had in Saudi ”
Me & my family stayed for 3 hours on road because of miscommunication. No bath tub in bathroom with no hot water. Guest parking was there but I was asked to park out in hot sun. Everytime staff used to ask which room we are staying which shows there unprofessional attitude. Restaurant manager said he will give good discount but not event 1% discount was given to us. I DONOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO STAY HERE EXPECIALLY EXPATRIATES.

Pros More parking space Big room complete with all ameneties Cons Sound proofing is not good.. You can hear the sound from outside the door or and nearby room Leaking water in the bidet/hand spray I stayed for 3 nights but my room was not cleaned or made up at least once. I tried to call the room service and they told me to attend my request but when i came back, my room was not touched. Swimming pool is not small. Hoping for more improvement but i will still come back again to this hotel.

The place is clean and the beddings and towels are neatly done. The room space is enough for a couple and a kid otherwise it will be crowded. Negative side: the noise from the other room and the doors closing along the corridor are heard inside the room and it is disturbing!

The hotel met my expectations... The staff were helpful and polite. The room is spacious, well equipped and relatively modern. The breakfast choices were great and tasty.

It was ok but could have been better. ”
We checked in a room where some necessities were lacking. Although we reserved for 2 persons. The room was prepared for one. The towel and slippers provided were only one! There was no bathrobe at all! We had to call them a several times to ask them to bring these things. We stayed for 2 nights, but we still had to call them to clean our room. And when we came back, still the same. Every toiletries and other necessities were provided for one person only! Then our door had a problem that it’s not locking, they said someone will come but no one came to fix it! And the safety deposit box was also locked so we can’t set it up to use it. So we called the reception to send someone to fix it but again no one came to fix it! The staff were friendly although they need so much more improvement on their services! But the breakfast was nice! The tv was old. There was no usb to connect anything to watch a movie from another source. The decorations of the room could be improved to a much more relaxing colors. The washroom’s heater is a bit of a problem because it doesn’t give enough hot water! After some time of continuous use, the water became cold. In summary, it was an okay experience but a bit disappointed for the price that we paid and the service that we received. We were expecting it to be more of a 4 star hotel but turned out it was less than the title.
