Amazing!”

The apartment was so cozy, spacious, clean, anesthetic and functional that I could easily imagine myself living there for a few months! The location is very central, but nonetheless the apartment itself is located inside a building complex and there is no noise whatsoever. Sam, who waited for me at the entrance, was absolutely amazing, and their service is generally flawless :)

Nothing, really. Will stay there again!

I loved everything about it. The location was very good and had shops around. The staff that handed the key was very receptive and friendly. The facilities worked well and the apartment was warm and cozy and I definitely enjoyed my stay.

I definitely recommend this apartment, we are very happy with our stay,”

- Great, central location, 15min walk to the old town. - Nearby many good, quality restaurants, cafes. - The apartment is small but quiet, quiet surroundings. - In hot weather, it is highly appreciated that there is an air conditioner.

- We were missing one full-length mirror. - the hair dryer was small, powerful, but it seems that it should be replaced because it heats up very quickly and there were visible signs of melting.

Great location. Easy check in process and good hosts.

Our bathroom floor was filthy when we arrived. It had no way been cleaned (there was hair everywhere). I had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean it myself. The toilet seat was also broken.

Good location. Nice building.

Two issues. First, there was categorically no a/c control in the apartment. When I asked the staff member for the control, while in the apartment, he replied "it's not the time of year for it." Why is the apartment advertised as having a/c if it's not functional without a control? And why wasn't the control given to me? This apartment is internal and needs ventilation from a a/c unit to change the air. Second, I left over €50 of packaged, unopened food in the fridge. It was not leftovers or half eaten sandwiches. The cleaner should have immediately told the staff and then they should have told me, as is standard procedure. I was in Budapest for hours afterwards, and it could have easily been returned to me.
