The apartment is located close to city center. Main bus and metro line stations are just few minutes away. Our room was very clean, and it had everything that we could wish for. Very pleasant experience with this way of entering the apartment, and good communication with the owner who was very polite to answer all of the questions I had. We would be happy to come back! :)

Well located apartment in old building”

The building is close to a main boulevard, but the windows were in the interior yard so it was quiet. The apartment is recently renovated, the room is really tall, so the bed is on an upper floor created on top the bathroom. The room being so tall, it can really keep a cool temperature, even in hot summer days and there is also a fan to lower the temperature if that were the case. The apartment has all the facilities we needed: fridge, coffee maker, electric stove, washing machine, tv, hair dryer etc.
The apartment is located in an old building which is not renovated on the exterior. The building looked shabby, even though it was clear that it had some architectural value - a diamond in the rough. The space between the bed and the ceiling is really small. In our first conversation, the host told us we could store our luggage until check in (16:00) for free in some locations in the city center, however one day before arrival we were told that we had a 50% discount for depositing our luggage.

The location was great, we had everything we needed close nearby. The apartment was nicely equipped with everything you need. We had a problem with the WC and the customer service fixed the problem immediately!
The cleaning in general, from the beds to the crockery.

Only 30 minutes walk to the town centre. Good fast internet. Washing machine good to have when traveling with kids. Easy self-check in with instructions. Modern stylish appearance.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, with thin mattress over metal frame. I messaged the contact person but they were powerless to do anything about it. Check in is 4pm and check out 10am, so not suitable for short stays.

Take from booking this apartment”

Nothing good.
First, the pictures of apartment are from another apartment or from the first day,cuz in reality the apartment looks bad. There were a lot of dust and smells horrible. We book this apartment but we can not stay here and we leave. No AC and it was hot. There were 2 fans but if we turn on all the dust go in air and you can not breathe. Another thing was we have 3 tickets to take the breakfast in a cofe but 8 of 10 cofe was closed Sunday. We try to clean the room, the dust but we can not stay here and we book another around midnight and we leave. We didn't make pictures cuz we leave.

Unfortunately Uncomfortable!”

Almost nothing, actually. If at all, may be the breakfast spots of which only one was worth it.
The place was dirty to begin with. Even sent a photo of hair found on my pillows. There was tissue stuffed in the loft bed. Cobwebs and dust. Aircon was not working. Uncomfortable stay in general.
