Very clean, the temperature in the room was ok, even if outside was very cold and I don't see any thermostat to set the room temperature. You get instruction via e-mail to get the keys to the room and for support they use whatsapp.

1. Location is excellent. It is city center and dont need any public transport, most of main locations are very close. 2. Quiet clean room 3. Easy access if you are ariving late 4. Good wi-fi To sum up, I would like to recommend this place to stay because I guess its the best you can get for this money!
1. Water taps in bathroom and kitchen were in very poor state. It was stresfull to use them because you think that they can fallen down anytime 2. Kitchen is very small, but main problem was to cook anything on the hob 3. Refrigerator is small 4. Very thin walls and main door. We listened everything from our neighbours

There was a quite good equipment in the room. Bed was comfortable. Tv screen and view from the window nice. Location perfect.
Our room and entire apartment was dirty. We had to clean up whole place after we arrived. There was a hair and other stuff on the floor and bathroom tube was really disgusting.

this Place is walking distance to Jewish district, the historical Center and the river, lots of places to eat and drink, very convenient, also it’s on a quiet road, which is very nice.
host could provide more toilet rolls based on number of people and numbers of nights staying, as what’s provided only last one day and we are staying for 6 nights, in addition bath mat and hand towels were not provided either…

The apartment is spacious and in a good location. It is very well equipped and has everything you need for your stay.
Worst of all is the stuffy air and the stench that is felt every time you enter the apartment. The dishes were poorly washed. The shower is broken, as is the doorknob, the front door lock, and the kitchen faucet. For a stay of five days, the room was not cleaned by anyone (towels and bed linen were not replaced by any).

First impressions deceiving”

Location: easy access to everywhere with public transport and walking distance from the main sites. Free luggage storage close by. Bedroom size and nice interior design. Basic kitchen utensils. also hdmi cable to connect laptop to TV was available.
Check in time very late, check out very early. First impressions of the apartment promised better than it turned out to be; black hairs found everywhere in the apartment, poor drainage system both in kitchen and in shower, not enough towels for 2 persons, no kitchen towel or good/modern wipe and floor mop, laundry machine did not take water in and there was no washing powder provided either.

Good location, big room/living room, very good decor and many equipment like washing machine.
The apartment is noisy: the door to the building hall is in glass and kind of old. We can literally hear everything like the elevator working or any person leaving the building once morning starts. Also there's no door in the room/living room that we can close. It can definitely become better by having these two doors replaced.

The location is good. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Breakfast is OK, but the nearest restaurant you can use the breakfast card needs like 7min walking.
The fan was so loud in the room while it was very hot during our stay. We asked the staff to change one on Saturday, but they said no one can change it during the weekend and they can do it on Monday. But until our checkout, it was not changed. There is only 2 towels for 2 people 5 days! Also no drinking water or coffee caps available in the room. At the moment not available even it paying for it. The shower head hanger is broken too:( In general facilities in the room were not so satisfying and basically there is no service from the staff.

Location of the appartement is excellent !Very close everywhere 👍
To be honest level of cleanliness is "so so"... :( The first - carpet in front of the apartment entrance is dirty. According to previous visiters's reviews, I confirm that flat needs refreshing for sure!Walls with spots, a lot of details in the kitchen also require attention (equipment , at least 2 glass for wine, because there's 2 caps&2glasses)etc. I hope that manager /owner read all our reviews and really will do some refreshing work,will change old taps etc, and then this flat could be really wonderful , because location is very good!
