Great location, not so great structure”

Perfect location next to Synagogue and bus station to get the airport shuttle, very close to attractions and 15 minutes walking distance to New York caffe. Worth the money for the location.
The bed was not comfortable.It would make a noise as soon as you moved an inch during the night. The central heating would start working during the night making a big noise that would wake us up. The bathroom shower took its time to drain out the water. In general there were a few things that could be improved in the house

Great place for non-long stay and sightseeing”

The place is nice, easy to find, you can store the luggage just near the apartment! The bus stations are within a 3 min walking distance, as the bus to the airport! lots of places to eat around! The support replied fast! There is no condition but there was a fan. Also, there is no stove in case you want to cook something but there was a small portable oven to heat your food. The beds are not with orthopedic mattresses but no one said it would be, and they were clean )
Generally, it was great apart from the beds, but it's ok for 2-3 days!

Everything we needed for a 7 night stay, great location and when had problems with heating staff sorted straight away also plenty of satellite channels on TV and WiFi excellent
We arrived late at night to find cleaner had forgotten to leave key couldn't get in touch with anyone so ended up booking an expensive room in only open hotel we could find! Also stairs in apartment very steep and slippy i fell down them

The location was truly good and instructions to enter was good also, from the pictures I was expecting more but is the same structure as shown in the picture so it was okay. The problem was I was traveling with my family (dad and his wife, also my wife) and it wasn't clean at all we get there all trash full no toilet paper they told that breakfast was included 0 breakfast there.
It wasn't clean bathroom and kitchen with trash full which means not cleaned recently, beds and floor full of hairs, clogged shower not pleasant also, in general everything was okay we didn't stay to much in the house but at least they should not sell or put what they can't deliver.

WiFi was good, location was excellent, the bed and the "office" are neat and comfortable. Kitchen is pretty well equipped too.
It would be nice to have at least two rolls of toilet paper for three days and two people with normal bowel movement. Located in the center of Budapest's party district? Neither wine, nor even beer opener. Also, the door is pretty peculiar to open.

Has not met our expectations”

The location was excellent. Central but quiet.
The pictures and the comments from other guests made us expect a cozy place. Instead we found the place kind of in a loveless state. The dishes that were washed by previous guests were still in the drip tray, blankets were in the closets without being folded. The couch looked super used and could need some pillows. One or two extra towels would have been nice for hand drying and dishes in bathroom and kitchen. The mattresses were worn out. We didn’t have toilet paper and upon asking, we didn’t receive an answer.

Location is perfect! Fast check in.
Wi-Fi worked 2 of 3 days. The bed doesn’t have a mattress at all, instead some pieces of foam rubber.

It's a trap - don't trust the pictures, they are 10 years old, like all equipment in Apartment.”

Good location, next to city centre, with many bars, restaurants or public transport.
Well, it was just a quick trip, but we are still disappointed with this apartment. After all there are no contact possibilities with the owner, even for booking team. The apartment is located on the first floor of old house and yes, there isn't a breakfast in the building. You can use the breakfast card in some participating restaurants, but you don't find this information in the description. The apartment was renovated about 10 years ago and a lot of equipment is also so old - there is old sofa with artificial leather, that you will get the parts of it everywhere. There are many holes in walls and many shortcomings, like a clogged drain, broken hinge on the door or toilet handle, that falls out. If stay there longer, you will find even more. If You plan to visit Budapest, please choose another object or you will remember Martha's Studio more than the Parliament Building.

most memorable new year’s eve
The worst experience ever. Two days without heating, even if we was begging for that, we didn’t get any help. Zero-communication, and the top of everything was when the front door got blocked, with all of our belongings in the apartment. To open the door we needed to call for help and to pay for it also which was not a small amount of money, even if they promised we didn’t receive any refund. All this on new year’s eve :)

The best thing is good location.
There were no hot water at all during all 4 days. We tried to contact the hosts for several times, but there were no answer at all. It was very irresponsible. Apartament is very small and inconvenient.
