Spacious with excellent location”

Very spacious apartment in an excellent location, close by to everything and the bus from the airport drops you off 2 minutes away.
WiFi did not appear to work but was not a problem.

Really enjoyed stay in there!”

Everything was nice, location is great! Extremely spacious apartment! Lots of interesting places nearby, and we also found a free parking in a nearby street.
Toilet flush button was falling off the wall, but it worked. I hope they fixed it. Everything else was really fine!

We liked the location because it is close to the main activities itinerary and the check in procedure because it was explicitly done with helpful steps about how we cand find the key and the place.
Well the quality-price report wasn't so good. The apartment had manny traces of bad use. The couch was burned by a cigarette, also the armchairs, walls and couch pillos had stains. The kitchen had a chair damaged and also some of the utilities were also dammaged by bad use. We payed 365 Euro for 3 nights but I think that either the apartement need some rehabilitation or they shoul decrease the price. Also the comunication with the contact was poor by phone. They anounced us by email about the check in procedures and about free days during the New Year period and left a phone number in case of need of something but didn't answer on whatsapp at all even if they read the messages. We asked about a payed parking spot where we can leave the car safely, near to the apartment but they didn't answear. We found out from some locals on the street that during the holidays the parking spots are free in entire city but I consider that they should've told us this little detail.

Good, if you are looking for a party apartment”

The property is in a good location, right in the centre of Budapest. It is excellent, if you are looking for a place to have easy access to nightlife. The apartment has all the amenities.
I found that the furniture was very worn out, the carpet and the sofa were very stained as were the walls, generally it just didn’t feel very clean and pleasant. It was not possible to get hold of staff, even during office hours.

Location of the apartment is ideal. Dnube is just at 10 mins walk. Ruins Pub is only 500m away. Living room and bedroom, both have air condition. Owner sent the accurate and proper guidance to reach the aprtment. One of the best thing is, public bus service from airport drops almost in front of the apartment. Tram station is in front of the building.
It's a beautiful apartment. But bed linen and towels were unwashed. Someone checked out the same day I checked in. It was as dirty as the previous person left it. The owner didnot bother to clean it.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the misleading information about the parking availability. There wasn't any parking available as promised. The apartment cleanliness was very poor and there were no toiletries available.

Really dirty - The office offered a new cleaning, but the cleaning team never came. No Wi-Fi - it took almost 3 days before we had a solution, which we had a lot of trouble getting from the office, not a great experience!

In the center of city
Worst case I've ever stayed. WI-FI DOES NOT WORK. The owner didn't solve the problem for 4 days. Terribly dirty, hair everywhere. All furnishings are in very poor condition. I do not recommend this option to anyone.
