The property was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the location as well as it was only a short walk from Parliament and the Danube river
It was noisy at night. The apartments above us were quite loud and we were woken up at 5am by a lady coughing and making sound

Damp and musty but it works for a short stay”

In the city center near everything including metro and buses. Kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable couch. great checkin instruction PDF. Loved the breakfast cards to try different restaurants with great variety- especially nice to have ones with gluten free options like yogurt parfait or egg breakfast (rather than less healthy sandwich or croissant). QR code to PDF of breakfast spots was extremely helpful with the perfect amount of detail. Easy communication with WhatsApp for checkout.
It is very dark, musty and damp though can be expected due to it being in an older city building. Realizing this we did laundry in the provided washer on day 1 of 4, and thank goodness, because it took 3 days for our clothes to fully dry in there! there were several confusing/repetitive emails (5 total) before checkin that could have been sent in 1 or 2 emails. We also got a WhatsApp message saying we should get an email with the checkin PDF instructions but then it was actually linked as a google doc in the WhatsApp message and an email never came through (though all previous emails also said it would be the 3rd email). There is no mattress on the bed, just a foam pad. but this was comfortable enough for us, probably not good for a more heavyset person.

Location was good, next to the parliament
It was very dirty. Spiders, hairs, humidity… it was very disgusting. The entrance to the building is scared if you go at night. The door is very difficult to open and close. There weren’t blinds and the light passed.

Great Location with walkable distance or short bus journey to every attraction. Free breakfast cards to use in selected cafes. A/C included. Fair price for what you receive.
Apartment isn’t really what it looks like. Only has one window so is was very warm inside and no fresh air. No curtain in shower so water goes everywhere. Tried to contact host several times but no answer. Instructions weren’t sent on how go get the keys so had to wait outside until someone decided to pick up the phone.

The only good things about this property are its location (proximity to the center of Budapest) and the breakfast provided through various caffe operators in the central area.
This property is very poorly maintained and concerns were raised with the people managing it immediately after arrival though no response was provided... not even an apology. There are many issues with this property. First and foremost it is greatly misrepresented by the nice piece of marketing to suck you in. The property is filthy, leaks in the toilet, floor is disgusting, WIFI provided but there is no internet connection, towels were not provided when we arrived (only provided on day two). I could go on....I would not stay here again.

The location
The room wasnt clean enough, used toilet papers, only one towel,broken blinds the people who were passing outside could seen us, only one cup for water in the whole appartment. We had issues the first day and they told us about a refund or breakfast coupons but they did nothing.

The owner posted another photos of this appartment in booking. I was dissapointed when I saw inside the apartment, it was terrible and very diferent from the photos. Maybe he used photos from google to scam people on booking.

Amazing apartment in the ideal location!”

The location of the apartment was amazing and it had all the facilities you would need; washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer, toiletries, iron & ironing board. Communication with staff was great from start to finish, would defo stay here again.
The only downsides for me would be the comfort of the bed (slat base) and the size of the bathroom. The shower could maybe have been cleaner but wasn’t disgusting.
