Sebenarnya bagus hanya saja staffnya kurang profesional, tamu sampai hitel harus menunggu 15menit lagi soalnya kamar baru dibersihkan padahal kami check in jam 15.00 bukan jam 14.00 secara operasional harusnya kamar sudah tersedia dan tidak harus suruh nunggu, agak kecewa
