Great place to rest before an early flight the next day. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Location excellent being in the airport terminal with plenty of food outlets just outside of the hotel. Breakfast of sweet bread and coffee was included to get you started on your travels. Staff very friendly and the service was excellent.

Nice Transit Hotel. Small but enough space to sleep and rest for a quick overnight stay. From Terminal 2, we took the sky train to Terminal 1 and walked to Terminal 1a to get to the hotel. Reception was accomodating. Need to call reception to have hot water and then need to wait for 5 minutes. The breakfast is Roti O pastry and coffee or tea. Which is ok but nothing superb.

This hotel is just a step away from the terminal 1A exit. The staff are very helpful. I booked a twin room so the space is enough for both of us with comfy mattresses and bigger pillows. Overall it is beyond our expectation for an airport hotel. There is one thing that we don't like though: air conditioning is a bit noisy that it took us awhile for us to get some rest. Also there is no way to control the temperature.

Great Service !!! I did miss my plane to Jogjakarta due to a big delay of my Flight from Hong Kong. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She did inform me which terminal I need to go to cash Batik Airline - Batik Flight used to be terminal 1 but change to terminal 2 and my ticket booked on Tiket.com did not even mention it on the official flight itinerary !!! The Security Guard help me in the morning by open an hot spot with his mobile outside to allow to contact my grab driver ! Very good services !!!

The location is excellent at Terminal 1, also near to the sky train going to Terminal 3. Staffs were nice. Breakfast only with tea/coffee and bread. Room was okay and come with basic needs. No complaint, you got what you paid for. Room for catching morning flight.
