We didn’t expect anything at first because of the super affordable price, but when we got there, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness! The lobby smells nice, it’s bright, clean, and sleek. The elevator is also clean and pleasant. When we got in the room, we’re surprised again! So clean and smells good, even the towels smells nice! We had a problem with the AC but we told the receptionist, and the guy actually came to repair it in 2 minutes. Very fast service. So overall: Price: Affordable, especially with agoda promotions Cleanliness: Super clean without any unpleasant smell Service: Quick! Nice! Thank you, we will stay here again another time <3

This is a nice, clean no frills hotel. The location is good. Many places are walkable but might be safer and easier to take a taxi/Grab car to some of the shopping areas in very close proximity. Check in was good and the staff quite friendly. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable. If you order a taxi or GRAB keep in mind to pass the parking receipt to the reception to stamp to waive the parking/karcis cost of 5,000Rp. This place is only a 3-5 min drive to the Mangga Dua Damri which departs every hour to the CGK airport. Breakfast was a nice snack to get the morning off to the right start. It's a nice, simple and sweet hotel.

We were only in the city one night to attend a concert which the hotel was close to, so it was convenient, clean and comfortable enough for that purpose. My only complaint is we had no view from our room.

I don't have any much time to be here.. But the hotel is suitable with the price.. Don't expect more if you think this hotel because it's 3 star hotel so you would know the standard. The staff are amazing.. I always order food by online and the staff help me to pick it up and send to my room. Thanks staff. The room is clean and the bathroom as well. They don't provide the toiletries because during the pandemic they were reduced too much the price so it's mean some toiletries also will not provided. So bring it by your self. Horrible room and breakfast”
It was a disappointing experience. I was given a small room with only one single bed instead of a queen size bed. The room as so small that my closet at home is bigger that the room given. Breakfast which included is very disappointing even though it was Starbucks. Was given a horrible cup of coffee and one piece of croissant without any butter. The Starbucks staff was lazy in clearing the table. We have to clear them ourselves. In short "don't ever stay there in the future". One more thing, there was renovation noise starting 8.30 am every morning. Can't even sleep a little longer.

We spent 3 night here at D'Prima Hotel. entrance to the Starbucks is through the reception and the breakfast (for one small coffee and one croissant) is awful. The area not so good as the road in front of the hotel is all rubble. There were renovation noise starting 8.30 am, couldn't sleep for an extra minute. I could go on, but in short I will not stay or recommend to friends, its a total rip off.

No proper internet. Room were very dirty and shower were no jot water. And they call it breakfast a ”
And room air conditioning is terrible because they hang a some kind of smelly chemical attached to air conditioner and all night you are breathing chemical with very strong smell

Well for the first time at d'primahotel,it was a great time.The staffs were great,with Good English...This was one of the Best Hotel I stay in Indonesia. Close to Mangga Dua Square Mall & WTC at Mangga Dua ! The breakfast was nice,great internet Wifi ! I stay there for 4 nites, & I'll stay there again on my next trip to Jakarta.. What good about this Hotel is right infront of the Jakarta Busway Rp3,500, plenty of taxi around ( BlueBird ) ! If you want to know more about the area, just ask the Staffs at the front office. I give this Hotel 10 out of 10 !

Well this is my second time ( 9 Days ) staying at d'primahotel Mangga Dua.. This is a Great Hotel that I ever stay in... The staffs are Great, speaking good english... Now I miss my Bed,Pillow & the Shower which I had in room 204..Another good thing is that it's a NON SMOKING HOTEL... I'm a smoker myself,I never like to smoke in the room..If you want to have a smoke, just go outside to the front of Starbuck Cafe & Hotel to have your smoke. On my stay,I had made some good friends, Ms Rianty, Rokhi & Handri... Thanks to you all for my stay at d'primahotel!Plus I like to thanks all the other Staffs also who are working at d'primahotel...
